The "Christian" Science "Church" is an institution of false teachers who will be damned for deceiving people into denying the existence of Hell. I love your explanation of what I too have believed for quite some time. I like to say, "All that is intangible exists. Everything else is not real, though ironically tangible." The concept is tough for most to grasp being that intangible is not matter.

It would take far too long to give a satisfactory explanation of what Christian Science is. Briefly, it is the scientific explanation of the laws of God which Jesus understood that enabled him to heal the sick, raise the dead, walk on water, and feed thousands of people with very little food. It is both a science (metaphysical, not physical) and a religion. It is based entirely on the Bible and the teachings and practice of Jesus Christ. It takes him at his word when he stated that those who believe on him (understand the Principle of his teaching) will have eternal life and will duplicate the healings that he performed. Since the discovery of Christian Science by Mary Baker Eddy about 150 years ago, millions of people have been healed and blessed, physically, mentally, and morally, by studying it and putting into practice what they learn. For a more complete explanation of what Christian Science is, I recommend a book entitled "Lectures and Articles on Christian Science of Edward A. Kimball." There is an excellent lecture on the subject beginning on page 101 of this book.

Their power wasn't because they followed "laws of God" to do healing. God's laws are moral and spiritual teachings practiced by faith and obedience, not metaphysical practices.
