I mean people know Luke, Luca, Luka all mean the same thing. It just he was born in Slovenia so everyone spells it their own way or depending on the family language if its Germanic, Latin or Slavic. I think in Greek since its a another old language they pronounce it - Loukâs. Though I'm not Greek so cant speak on it that much. So point being I think everyone has their own peculiar way of pronouncing it or spelling it.
