Still greatly run and still great recruitment overall, but when you look at Forest's outgoing spend last 2 years and Brighton's... if Brighton are the poster child... Forest need MASSIVE praise for their signings. Murillo, Milenkovic, Aina, Sels, Hudson Odoi around 36-40M for ALL OF THEM COMBINED!
