NY gonna love O.G . Don't surprised when the city puts him on their back. So much potential if he is coached right. Tibbs dont mess this up, he can play any position. we are gonna miss him on the raps. potential D player of the year.
OG will average more all across offensively with a higher usage rate than the 16% usage he was getting with Raptors. RJ was getting a very inefficient 21-25% usage rate with Knicks. OG will fit better in the starting lineup as a much more efficient player than RJ.
Og is athletic and has basketball iQ. I hope he does up his usage offensively because he finishes strong . He’s the kinda guy who’d catch an alley oop and also break one up in the same game

Ok. let's say it works (though we need to give up more) but would JB/Murray/OG/Randle/Mitch a championship team? Because our cap would be busted and we won't get better. I see us beating that 2nd round team like Miami or maybe Philly but I don't see us getting past Celtics with Tatum/Brown/KP are better than JB/Murray/Randle and both of our teams have real depth. Only if Celtics get injured would be get to the Finals and I don't see us beating someone like Nuggets.

Even if u get spyda...Brunson, spyda and OG arent Contenders
OG is a versatile defender but why they act like he is DPOY? He isn't even top-20 this year in any defensive metric you can think of. He is a big improvement over RJ but it's mostly because RJ is outright bad. We have, now, a big gap in scoring after JB and Randle. OG isn't a guy who can get us 20 pts. In Toronto he had Barnes and Siakam and here he will have JB and Randle - very similar scoring generation.
