Thank you. I've just gotten into sewing, and honestly, I have ZERO idea what I'm doing, so I've been reinventing the wheel a lot. This was VERY helpful

I absolutely love the ladder stich, it's actually the first ever stich that I learned when I first got into sewing, although it's kinda tricky you'll get the hang of it after a while, just keep practicing 💖

I had a plush called “Freddy Penguin” and at school he lost his left arm in 2017 so today I gave him a new one (which is a sock)

Thanks so much for posting this video. It showed me exactly what I needed to do to attach the head of my toy cat.

Thanks so much. That was completely helpful. First time attaching a limb in such a way, and I was having a hard time envisioning it.

I looked up this video thinking there had to be a better way but it turns out this is the way I naturally do it haha. I think the really important things to be gleamed from this video though are the notes about thread strength and making sure you have all your knots!(I usually only would do the first knot on the limb, didn't know to put a knot on the body as well)
    Thanks:)

Did anyone see the elephant (even though it wasn't done,) and think that it was already cuddly and adorable?
Thanks for the video, I already had everything figured out except for how to get the limbs on my rabbit.

fantastic video--very well explained! i bought my 9yo brother a huggy wuggy plushie at a fair and the arm came off last night while he was away on a school trip and he was distraught :( i've never done a ladder stitch in my life, but do embroidery and had the right colour thread so i wanted to fix it for him now he's back. worked like a charm, and now he's cuddled up asleep with it like usual; all thanks to a well-explained video! absolute lifesaver!
