I custom painted lures for many years before retiring. I've been asked many tmes about how I painted some of my patterns. I thought I'd share a few of the hundreds of patterns I did ans well as matching paint patterns that were no longer available.
Feel free to use these patterns on your own lures. I not longer paint lures and sold all my painting equipment so please don't ask.
This episode will be my "BER - HD Trout " pattern. Follow along as I give you a step by step guide, including the paints with brand names and order
numbers for the paints I use. I hope this helps you to better understand lure painting.
