R.I.P Matt. For those of you who don't know, the little boy in this passed away on 4/19 at the age of 17. He was such a sweetheart and will be dearly missed. I love you Matt. I will never forget you or our days in middle school. You were a great person. God bless you.
For me, River (Alex) was vice versa because I first saw her here in ER. Upon seeing her in Doctor Who, I thought 'Oh she looks familiar' 😂 May not have seen this ER episode back then, but I don't remember seeing David in ER (nor in Kung Fu which I have seen in the 90s or 2000s).
Guy at the end was being a jackass. "Shut up and do your job" indeed. That was way above and beyond what normal parents would be required to do, or could reasonably expect. I'm not surprised they became that desperate, though I don't think they handled it right. It would have been better if they had sought help sooner, then this act of desperation might not have been necessary. Other than that: David Hewlett and River Song! Very cool. :)
@123Iloveturtles123 I don't think he meant the other doc doing her job, I think he mean the parents doing theirs. I think he meant that if you choose to be a parent it's a responsibility you take on for life. It doesn't matter if it gets hard, or if being a parent doesn't turn out the way you thought it would. You can't just suddenly decide you no longer want to the responsibility and leave. Hence..."Shut up and do your job"
