That whole bit about paying for a girlfriend to share your daily life is already a thing. It's mostly in Japan with depressed, overworked men that need someone in their life. It's so popular that a manga was made on it called Rent a Girlfriend.
Didn't that get an anime adaptation recently? Also there was another anime decades ago called Video Girl Ai that had a similar concept, the difference is it mainly centers around a depressed teenager(to put it shortly).
There are also rental families. Cdawgva rented a mother for a day in one of his videos

So to answer the milk question, my parents have one of those new smart fridges with a screen and Alexa built in. It has an option you can scan and inventory your food, put in dates to keep track of expiring products, etc. They don’t use it, but it makes sense why they might know what’s in your fridge.
You might not use it, but that doesn't stop it from watching you while you sleep anyway.

to add to the underwear debacle. briefs always caused me to chafe so i switched to boxers and regardless of which one i used i just unzip the pants and flap my John Thomas over to top of my bottom clothing and thats how ive done it for decades. Actually King Tutankhamun was not buried in a pyramid because the pyramids were grave robbed by ancient Egyptian crime families (yes those actually existed). He was instead buried in the valley of the kings which were underground tombs designed to protect from robberies (which ironically didn't work because they were also robbed). Tut's tomb however remained untouched due to it being sealed. This is why King Tut's tomb is so significant. It was the only one of the Pharaoh's tombs found intact with all of its belongings. This allowed us to not only properly see how the Pharaohs were buried with their belongings but discover more about their culture since everything inside was still intact. Also I wouldn't blame him for owning slaves, dude was in single digits of age when he ascended to the throne and was barely an adult at his death. I seriously doubt there was much time for learning morality when your being railroaded by your advisors trying to manipulate you.
