Elle m aide a me recentrer et fait sortir les ombres qui me pesent et me permet ainsi de les laisser passer de les liberer. C est comme si une bulle se formait autour de moi et me permettait de me retrouver avec moi avec joie et simplicite. Une bulle d air dans ce monde bien perturbants par moments.
