Thank you for the instructions. Would sour cream be a substitute for what you say is creMe FraiChe? Also, can you substitute apple cider vinegar for the 'white wine' vinegar when preserving the horseradish for later use?
You can substitute sour cream for the creme fraiche or even double cream to make it milder and cider vinegar will work just as well but give you a slightly fruitier taste, if you like cider vinegar its easy to make heres a link to my recipe I make lots each Autumn and once made it keeps for months www.learn-how-to-garden.com/cider-vinegar
