The reason Casino is so Popular with Players and UA-camrs is You are Family that doesnt pretend to be someone or something else, Just Good Decent People trying to Provide the Best Service & Experience they can provide while doing Something They Love
I ordered my FCS Jazzmaster with Casino precisely because of the environment they’ve built. They let me play everything on the wall that had some of the different specs I was torn between. Jonathan and I sat down and ran through every option on the order sheet, and then Baxter sent us down the street for lunch. Once the guitar was delivered, we went back and picked it up, along with another lunch recommendation. Even though my build is finished, Jonathan and the guys have kept up with me through social media, and I’m proud to consider them all friends. I cannot recommend Casino enough!
I’m from Chattanooga TN and l happened to be working within an hour of the shop. Casino Guitars is the best true guitar experience guitar shop l have been blessed to visit in many years. The kindness of Baxter and Shawn was off the charts. I played some incredible guitars and was thoroughly impressed with the Fender custom shop information that this shop can offer you. Made a few purchases and was invited to join them for an event that very evening. I didn’t want to overdo my visit but l can’t wait to get to go back to see this GREAT shop
Ill confirm. You guys allow silly questions. I asked you over email if I got a good deal on a MIJ Fender... and you gave me an honest answer. Had nothing to do with Casino Guitars. Thanks for that man.!
This is exactly what happened on our first visit back in April! Three visits up from Florida this year and we are still working through Baxter’s list of recommended restaurants. Fourth visit coming up in a month and we have reservations at Chef Warren’s for our anniversary dinner. Playing one of the guitars we bought last weekend now. See you again in a few weeks!
My wife and I stopped in to Casino on our home to Ohio from Outer Banks and got to the shop around noon on a Sunday. Sean was finishing up a lesson and Baxter spent hours helping us out. Gave us a tour of the old studio and made lunch recommendations. If you can get there, do it! Be sure to get the Baxter hug upon leaving with your new guitar!
Someday I’m going to bring my grandson to see your shop. I want him to experience and learn what a business relationship should be. Thank you for the video.
I worked part time at GC for a couple years a while back. I never "sold" guitars. I talked to people, got familiar with them, got to know their wants and needs, then showed them stuff, sometimes telling them they didn't need to spend $700 on a guitar because a $500 would suit them but it was their choice. Upshot was I had a lot of customers ask for me, and even was top sales a few months. A sales "expert" once said you don't sell products, you sell yourself. You give the customers confidence in you and your advice and knowledge, then sales will follow.
I still haven’t gotten up there to meet you cats but I feel like I know you a little from these videos and live streams and I think you’re pretty darn great. ❤
While Fighting Cancer Casino handled a High End Trade for Me and I live in Florida and Person with Guitar I wanted was in Tenn, They didn't charge me a Thing, not even to ship My New to Me Guitar back to me in Florida from their NC Shop. That should tell you about the Class of People I now call Family
This is the only viable model moving forward in a world where affordable guitars are sold online. A physical location should absolutely be catering to the higher end of the market that value a premium buying experience and appreciate superior craftsmanship.
These kind of places I've been to have been snooty and judgmental. Perfect for blues dentists and private equity firm partners. Not so good for regular folks.
I’ve been to places like that also, but Casino Guitars truly does seem to be for everyone (although I’ve been yet). I will say that it has been my experience that Carter Vintage is another example of a shop that cares for everyone even though they don’t typically stock very many instruments (or amps) that most people would consider “affordable”.
Always good to get the inside view. This approach will always see repeat customers (and they'll be happy).
Love casino guitars spent a day there last year going to Myrtle beach ended up with a PRs core studio guys are awesome

You guys truly have the only guitar store I've been to where I feel welcome to come play anything.

Y’all are great people. Thank you. I hope to visit the shop someday.
You guys are great. That's why people will come back. It makes a stranger like me, want to buy from you. Well done.

Casino Guitars are literally the best shop of people I’ve ever dealt with! Couldn’t recommend them highly enough 🤘

I’ll be there in February, from Canada.

If I ever manage to have a holiday in America, Casino Guitars will be on my list of musts to visit. 😎
Sean was great when I was there a few weeks ago. Love the shop!

Casino is the best! Hands down!!

You all are about eight hours away, so I can't just pop in, but I do want to get there some day.
Trying to get there soon! Keep 🤘🤘🤘
Casino is just the best
Casino is just the best in every way possible. There’s really no debate.
If I am in the area you are on my list, thank you for the vids
I feel like you read my thread on TGP before making this. 😂
9:57 can you send me to the best track jacket store? I'm trying to level up my track jacket game to Baxter tier.
What is that shredderiffic single pickup esp lookin thing behind sean?
I’m guessing hand delivery to Australia is out of the question 😂
I am shooting for next year, Any chance of watching a youtube video being made?
And if you can't afford a new guitar, we'll just give you one.
Buy from brick & mortar music stores, quality matters, find a good one.
Just be honest about everything for like a week.
Please report here 😅
