Hi guys. I have the Baby Brezza it's been 3 months now. And lately I've been thinking "Where is the water warmer inside it store the water?" Cause it stores the warm water inside till the next use. I mean that is harmfull cause of bacteria growth. Can anyone do some tests of water does is has bacteria inside(someone maybe who works in lab or something). I feel worried. I am gona stop using it.
I’ve never had any issues with it and the babies have seemed ok. Well, the issue now is that the base is leaking, but the dispensing portion seems to be fine
Y’all scaring me. I’m just the nanny!!!! And I don’t know much about brezzas but now you’re making me just want to do one scoop formula for 1 Oz water (baby I work with is on european formula)
I have one and its really not good someone gave me one and i notice the bottles comes out watery and i made sure i put it on the right powder setting it goes accordingly to the milk your baby uses my baby drinks 4 oz of milk and It Takes Two Scoops for a 4 oz bottle of powdered milk so I put two scoops of powdered milk inside the machine and it did not use all of it it only used a little bit of it and I made sure I double checked the powdered settings I supposed to use and that's the setting i have it on it's really a good concept but it's not accurate at all so I started back making my own bottles
We are sorry to hear of your concern. We can assure you that the Formula Pro Advanced is 100% accurate. There are Min and Max markings on the powder container that must be followed to ensure the machine dispenses formula accurately. If you only put two scoops of formula in the powder canister, the machine won't dispense the correct amount of formula because the formula level is way under the Min line. By operating the machine like this, the powder container's measuring and stirring wheel will not function properly and invalidates the formula settings because they are developed and tested with the proper amount of formula in the powder container. Please contact Baby Brezza Customer Service to discuss this further at cs@babybrezza.com or 888-396-6552. We can work with you to ensure your machine is functioning properly and if it isn't, we will replace it or refund your money based on our 1 year warranty. Thanks.
You ever tasted the baby milk after you manually made it ??? If not the baby milk barley taste like milk it taste like water down milk and look at the color difference I’m from the Caribbean we usually add 3 or 4 scoop all my kids came out healthy

Drs have actually seen babies with failure to thrive from parents using this machine, they aren't making that up....... its not defective, I clean mine every other bottle (which also creates tons of waste, I can't reuse the clumped up formula that gets stuck in the top, and that's alot of formula waste) and it still gets clogged constantly and makes watery bottles

@@babybrezzaus like I said even if the weight is fine it creates a TON of clumped up wasted formula. I still use it, been using it for 2 months, but the clumping part is really wasteful, probably a entire bottles worth of clumped formula by the end of the week which adds up fast when formula is 30 dollars a can
Then you didnt fill the scoop right either. Usually you shold fill the scoop overfull(without compressing powder) and then scrape off excess. It kinda looks like you overall got a little less powder in the scoop så the measurement is probably closer to the breeza than you got.
I am dealing with the same problem! WATERY BOTTLES! I am very disappointed, I think they should get this machine out of the market! I set up my machine, went to their website, found the right setting of powder, I have being cleaning it every 3 to 4 bottles, drying good the parts ( all the funnel part) replacing them back. Anyways made bad bottles. I started to pay more attention when after a month of using it, my baby got his monthly check up, and the pediatrician started to ask me how was I making his bottles because he didn’t grow or gain any weight, instead he lost onces. I cried so bad! Called the company and their customer service gave me a horrible way of service, the lady gave me very rude answers and tried to persuade that It was my fault because probably I was doing bad cleaning, when I reassured her that I did the proper cleaning and drying of the parts! Just don’t trust this machine, its trash!!!!!!! 😡😩

It creates so much waste too, the funnel on the inside and outside gets so much formula stuck on it and it clumps up and that can't be reused. I like the idea of the machine and I still use it, but they need to do something about the waste and the occasional watery bottles (prob from half the formula sticking to the funnel)
@@babybrezzaus If I could get to replace the machine probably I could try to call back! If not I already had a terrible time talking to your customer service! They didn’t even offer me to change the machine or anything! Bad service!!
exactly same sentiments, I am in canada and I use enfamil dha + stage 2, followed exact pwder setting 5 and I make 6 oz. but it does dispense watery formula!! i chabged setting to 6 and was still the same.. i clean funnel every 2 bottles and the ring from where you remove the funnel. such a disappointment really. after i make a bottle with brezza i still add a bit of powder manually just to not make it too watery
When 1 scoop is 8 grams.. that 4 grams is an extra half a scoop. My question is.. at what level of consistency is it 4 grams over? If it is consistently 4 grams over, then the setting prescribed for that formula is not accurate from the company.
I used my brand new lab scale it’s an A&D 120i and it was coming up 5 grams short for a 6oz bottle. So im getting seriously worried about what’s going on with this machine. I Measure the Formula separately from the water.
We have twins. One likes her bottle room and another likes hers above body temp. So one baby was using breeza and one wasn’t and they always ate at the same time. They weigh the the same and I have never had an issue. My top funnel has NEVER looked like that. Never! Maybe there is something wrong?
BS me and my Girlfriend clean the heck out of it and make sure it is dry before making a bottle. And it still is making water bottles I decided to use my 1000 dollar A&D 120i lab scale. Out of 10 bottles 8 were 5 grams short so just because yours worked correctly. Don’t mean everyone else that has this Machine isn’t cleaning it correctly. Did you know that the baby Brisa company has a lawsuit against them. Yeah just found that out tonight its been in litigation for two years now. For this exact reason watery bottles
If you don’t mind me asking what kind of water do you use? I have it that I got as I gift and my baby is a newborn . I just don’t know what type of water you use.
I use distilled bottled water in mine too , I didn’t want to risk tap water making my machine run wrong, ie: hard water (even after boiling my own, I went with the products recommendations of bottles distilled water)
The machine isn't designed correctly, it makes watered-down bottles, I noticed my daughter was Still hungry shortly after feedings and she started to spit up more often for some reason. My husband and I don't understand the machine goes based off of weight and formula brands, it makes no sense 😕 I use enfamil settings 5 and that's for any oz bottle you make, just doesn't add up or makes sense. I was in love until I realized it's just an overpriced waste of space and a dangerous machine because it makes watered-down formula definitely should be recalled. The only thing it's good for now is dispensing the water 💧 for my bottles 🍼 I wouldn't trust anything else about it, I'm very saddened and disappointed.

4 grams is alot for a preemie. My baby weighs 4 lbs 12 Oz, every gram counts and he needs all the calories the formula is suppose to provide.
Point is it's 4 grams more, meaning more calories not less.
What’s number for settings formulas Enfamil neuro pro my baby 8 months

In the manual bottle you did 4 oz of water and only 2 scoops of powder. Its meant to be 4oz water and 4 scoops of powder
Exactly! He was supposed to put 4 scoops! Enfamil explains is one scoop per oz of water
