This women is horrible and should play in thriller movies , what kind of interviewers and interviews should this poor candidate undertake and why, to test what . they are just playing with the candidates and put them under stress this is not the right way to judge a futur doctor if he knows all this and master all those weard situations what is left for the medical schools to teach him.just stop this torture and look after a good file . if interview is needed just to say hey and congratulate the candidate being acceted for the interview means strong file.
***** I would suggest a few simple things: Dress appropriately. Sit up straight. Make eye contact. Use questions to gradually engage in conversation with the interviewer. Speak in grammatically correct English. Don't say "you know" or "there's" (which is usually used incorrectly by young people now). Express yourself succinctly. Don't begin responses with "so". Smile when appropriate, Don't be defensive and try to relax. Be sure you know at least something about the history or the school where you're being interviewed and why you would like to attend that particular school. Each school has its specific strengths and you should know about them. Practice being interviewed with friends or faculty. As to the "ethics" issue mentioned: In reality, physicians very rarely encounter ethical dilemmas. Adhering to a specific position, as suggested by the speaker, despite having been presented with information that should cause you to reconsider, is just plain stupid. It would reflect a closed mind, obstinacy or even worse.
We need to communicate to be able to communicate while communicating by communication.
Ignore everything she said. Join an improv comedy group if you seriously want to nail the interview. And so much more.
This women is not competent for her job imo.

Very poor diction and, in my opinion as an interviewer, marginal advice.
Do you have better advice for us? Please fill us in on that ;)
