I am not a dog person and I moved into a friends home. She owns Bouquets and I have come to love them! Gentle!

Add about 1:27-8 in, just as you were saying, " let's see if he's figured out ... we're gonna try it again", he was wanting to go but the leash wouldn't let him, before you even finished yer sentence , he wanted to go there again; he's quick and sharp!

I'd jusy like to say real quick. I have grown up around dogs my whole Iife couldn't imagine life without a dog. I moved out on my own finally. From washington state all the way to North dakota. It's been two years and it has just not felt right not having a dog. I got a cat (love her) but it's not the same. Point is I'm finally at a place where I can get a dog. so I'm obtaining a 8 week old Siberian Labrador mix puppy beautiful little girl. She will be ready to come home April 16th this is my first dog that I will be 100% responsible for. And I've been researching, reading, and in forming myself on how to start from the beginning I found your videos and that's all I watch now. I get overwhelmed and stressed that I won't be able to contain this dog. But when I watch your videos I absolutely become calm and 100%confident that I can make this dog become a member of my household and be happy and healthy and we'll behaved. Your videos make it seem more like nature rather than manufactured and applaude yoy in every way. I will be using your guidance on me and baby Iyza's (pups name) along the way. Again thank you for being the calm in the storm. Best regards to you and your pups.

Oh goodness he's so tiny! I haven't seen a bouvier that small since my family's first dog Maggie was a puppy and we went to go pick her out of the litter. By the time we took her home she looked like a bear cub.

Great dog just a question why do the ears have to be doctored.
In Belguim the country of origin they don't do it ?
Anyway keep up the good work

Do you brush your puppy's teeth? if not, then try to brush em., and try to give him dental chew sticks.. if it doesn't work try to ask the vet for it might be some kind of symptoms for some disease. some owners give raw food to aid smelly breath, but i don't know if raw food is okay for a 2-month old pup so yeah, Goodluck mate

Yep. A Bouvier Des Flanders can be on average between 70 - 100 pounds. Huge teddy bears to their family, but will switch into guard dog mode when needed.

I hope to God you never teach my dog. I rather appreciate a dog that doesn't get up on something unless I tell him to. And I would never ever pet a dog that put his paws up on me without being told. That will get a dog in trouble, especially a big dog. Somebody will claim their clothes were ruined or a dog was trying to attack them or a child. I've had it happen. You're reckless and unthinking in your approach, IMO. People appreciate that I don't let my dogs get very far into a habit before I correct them and teach them manners. People have always remarked upon my pack's manners. There's very little I ask of my dogs because I want them to be themselves, But I do insist certain things are obeyed, No barks (only necessary ones), no jumps (unless out to play) no hands (on people, that teaches them not to dig at things in the house too), no contiuous whining ever happens because they're taught to sit and look expectantly when they need something with the command "ask" then I never have to use it. I must figure out what it is they want though: Eat food?, Drink water?, Outside? I teach them eat food/ drink water so that we can communicate better and when they're sick I can tell how bad off they are if they won't obey. Other things like stop, Come, Stay back, Load up, Out, Off , these are the absolutes. Oh and walk on leash without pulling me. I prefer off leash but when I got a pit bull added i gave that hope up.She's a prey driven terrier! But No lurching after critters, socialization was key. One more is "we share" , Anything on the floor is shared by the dogs- all dogs all the time. Food/water too, one big bowl each for all. One by one, taking turns, I let them work it out but if one who is dominate likes to eat alone and another dog approaches, the first must leave, if one acts ugly they are removed, isolated like a time out discipline. This goes for cow hooves, horns, pig ears, chew toys. These are constantly laying around as good, smelly alternatives to puppies' chewing on our shoes or dirty laundry or getting into trash. They simply never learn the bad habits because they've always got something more interesting to chew on.
