By now the server is now dead. Stock market doing well or economic growth... develop all your cities till the modifier ends. INFINITE MONEY+INFINITE RESOURCES=INFINITE POWER. Invade all of Africa. Bribe the European country that has 2 countries in Africa or if you don't care at all invade them with your 10k tanks. You realize that you have 40 billion dollars and you have the modifier... *develop your entire country to max.* 100+ million dollars every 5 days
