I knew I’d been in lockdown when I put on a full lewk over the weekend to make a masked, curbside return at Best Buy (electronics store in US). Hair, makeup, outfit. Just for me. It was lovely ✨😅

Watching this while taking of my makeup (even though we are in lockdown), and today I panned the fourth Gemini shade “Goalz”. I also panned a fourth shade in my Carli Bybel palette. I also finished up two lanolips tubes and a curl enhancing smoothie.

I’m also adding a lipstick from BareMinerals in the colour Petal. I’m also almost done my UD eye primer! Then I can move into my Smashbox one 😁

We're slowly getting back to normal, it's not here just yet. We just have been able to leave 25km from our house (which is great because it means I can see family) but we can still only have max 2 visitors in a day and wearing masks in public is still mandatory (along with many other restrictions). Christmas will be strange this year. I hope you are keeping well ❤️

@@zaria5785 I'm with you on this. I have 3 diffferent foundations for different times of the year. Normally two is enough but I spent a lot of time outside this summer so I had to get a darker tone. I tried to mix my summer and winter shades to see if I could at least drop the medium shade, but of course they don't play nicely together and look awful on the skin. 🙄
We're not in lockdown, but a "safer at home" phase and I only go to the grocery and to watch my nieces for school at home twice a week. Still, I've finished the Beauty Blender foundation that I started this summer. I found out you CAN open it by popping off the weird silver plate on the front and then the pump top just screws off like normal. I used a spatula to get in there and got quite a lot of product left in there. I have a couple hair products and a mini smashbox primerizer I want gone by the end of the year, too.
It is so funny to see how we all prefer different colors on our faces :) The blushes you have left are the colors I wear all the time, haha. And the ones you panned, not so much
I love the Clarins lip oil too but only buy the berry flavour. The only problem I have with it is that the dauphet is far too short. My way of counteracting this is not removing the stopper but store the lip oil upside down.
Love because of your project pan i started using stuff up. I am almost done a bronzer. I hit pan on a blush and half way through a highlighter, but it is my favorite i dont want to use it up.

I get through it really easily by occasionally applying it to my legs and torso after a shower. If I did that every day it would be gone in a week, but I can't bare the smell every day haha. It's too smelly for a hand cream haha
Thanks for the tip! I do have some other more affordable lip oils, but I am using this one up because its my oldest one. Sadly I don't support MLM brands so I will be giving Avon a miss 😝
What kind of brow tattooing are you getting? Microblading, Powder, Hybrid? I went for microblading. I was leaning towards hybrid but my artist said that if I wasn’t sure, get microblading and then if I want the hybrid, she can add the powder. I ended up sticking with microblading because I love it.
I am getting nano tattooing, its supposed to look more natural and last longer than microblading (especially on oily skin). It is slightly more expensive but hopefully its worth it!
What is your secret for using up blush so fast? For me it takes ages to use up blush. I have two blushes that I'm working on for nearly two years now and I haven't reached the pan yet.
Way to smash the pandemic! It must have been hard during lockdown but that’s so great that there are no deaths or cases now. I finished a big bottle of La Roche Posay Lipikar Balm (so, so good in winter), a shampoo and a conditioner. I also have the Missha BB cream and hate the grey color but it doesn’t play well mixed with my darker foundation so I’m not sure what to do :/
The one I have isn't a cheap one because it is a scientific scale that goes up to 1kg, but it's from the brand Digitech. If you search for 0.01g scales you can find a lot cheaper ones that will go up to 500g :)

Meanwhile in the US, we have a crybaby president who's pouting in the White House while 1,880 people die everyday. Makes me so angry. Ok, rant over. I finished a couple of things this month. A toner, a hair styling gel and a leave in treatment sample. I threw out one unfinished product because I just couldn't stand it anymore. Replaced them with similar products. Excited to start all over again in January. TFS, look forward to the next video.
I had a project pan this year but it went down the toilet when we had to wear masks. It's impossible to wear makeup that doesn't transfer to my mask. Maybe I'll be able to finish it next year.
I completely get that! I like doing my makeup because getting dressed and wearing some makeup makes me feel "ready" for the day. Now lockdown is over I often have family/friends pop over or last min catch up with my mothers group in the park, so having some makeup on makes me ready for what's to come in the day which I really appreciate :)

I used my eye pencil everyday and only had to sharpen it once 😂 you are a wizard!
this pencil is pretty soft and it’s hard to draw any resemblance of a wing when it’s blunt 😝

I’ve had this one for years! they do dry out after a while, but they are useable, just a bit more crumbly. my tip would be to not own too many 😊
