Personally within you without you is one of my favorite Beatles songs of all time. Very hypnotic. I can see why others don’t like it. It’s not very exciting but it’s not supposed to be.
On its own, it's not my cup of tea, but I respect the hell out of it, for if it weren't for that original track, we wouldn't have gotten "Within you, Without you/Tomorrow Never Knows" off of the "LOVE" mashup-remix-album-soundtrack thing.
As much as I dislike this song, which is a kind of folksy/seashanty with a bluesy guitar (Harrison seemed obsessed with these cheesy predictable phoned-in riffs at this time), the rendition at the NME '65 show is a revelation, even with mic problems. They were a bunch of old pros by their early 20's. But like many songs on this album, they seem out of their time, i.e., these songs are largely leftovers from their early days in Hamburg. The world was changing rapidly and this really feels like the album rushed out for Christmas. "Party" and "No reply" being the exceptions. But all filler, no killer here. And don't get me started about Mr Moonlight
I agree. Ask Me Why would be my choice for least favorite on that album. It's the I-I-I-I part that sounds more to me as less than a Beatles song and more of one of those they would have offered another band or artist
The funny thing about 'Revolution 9' is that it was the first Beatles song I remember hearing. It was played on some oldies station, during a Beatles feature. I was so confused and blown away by it. When I finally got my first record player, and bought one of my first records, as a young adult, I searched out the white album simply because 'Revolution 9' stuck with me.
So much hate for Revolution 9, but personally I love it. Its soundscapes are just amazing, the sounds of the world. Its only fault is it just "ends", a criticism I heard once that I must agree with. Nothing "wraps it up". The Giles Martin mix is just fabulous
I LOVE Revolution 9. And I love the Beatles for creating it. Honestly without Revolution 9 I think I would respect them a little less because I wouldn’t think them capable of much more than pop music. I love that John made music that fans could hate but which he absolutely loved regardless.
It's friggin' amazing, but obviously not characteristic of them. They were influenced by Stockhausen's 'music concrete' plus other avante garde influences. It's a wonderful piece, but obviously if you don't like avante garde music/sound compositions, you ain't gonna like it. It would be akin to Beatles lovers disliking Stravinsky's serial compositions, the works of Schnittke, Grateful Dead spaces, Varese pieces, and so- none of which sound like Beatles music or appeals to its pop/rock strengths.
The thing with The Beatles is that even their worst songs are good. Your choices were good & I see why you picked them. I tend to go for the less played songs to listen to rather than their most popular songs. I’m more of a Stones fan but there are a lot of Stones songs that are just plain bad. But yet there are a lot of hidden “gems” from them that you never hear.
The stones been around for 60 years and have been releasing bad music since the late 70s. Same with The Beach Boys. The Beatles ending after 7 years is why they rarely have bad songs. Been their solo careers speak for themselves. Ringo’s solo stuff is awful, aside from the song It Don’t Come Easy. Harrison’s is pretty meh, aside from the All Things Must Pass album. Lennon has a pretty good solo career, even though it was less than 10 years(even you consider he didn’t make any music during 1976-1979). McCartney’s best just might be the best but it has a lot of filler too.
“Why don’t we do it in the Road” may not be lyrically sophisticated, but it has extremely powerful vocals by Paul. Can’t agree that it’s the worst song on that disc.
@@johndeleonardis901 it’s one of the best on the album. Everything musically is amazing. McCartney’s vocals are amazing. McCartney’s bass is groovy. The piano is catchy.
I’ve always considered Beatles for Sale their worst album too, but once I listened to it without the covers, their progression as songwriters after A Hard Day’s Night really shines. They should’ve added the songs from the Long Tall Sally EP. The covers on that one are better. Now, I think their worst is With The Beatles.
Exactly my assessment. And on "With the Beatles", the covers are the only ones that rock; the original songs are wheezy old-fashioned love songs from a different era; it sounds like the record company tried to turn the Beatles into little Paul Ankas.
So other than no reply, I’m a loser, baby’s in black, I’ll follow the sun, eight days a week, every little thing, and what you’re doing, 7 good to great songs, you don’t like the album? Trust me, I try to rank Beatles albums as well, but to say it’s their worst is crazy. Personally overall I’d say sgt pepper is their worst album. But to each their own of course.
@@classiclife7204 yes with the Beatles is their worst album. Still better than nearly everyone else’s album ever. But relatively their worst for sure. Clearly they needed to put out an album and so they had the most covers. It won’t be long, all I’ve got to do and all my loving all incredible, but that’s why they r the first 3 songs. After that it falls off and is covers etc.
@@adambirdridnell you think it’s crazy to say Beatles for Sale is their worst, but then you go on to say that Sgt. Pepper is the worst??? Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds, Getting Better, She’s Leaving Home, Mr. Kite, A Day in the Life???
Everyone has an opinion. I can understand why some would say Sgt. Pepper’s is their worst. It doesn’t sound a lot like a Beatles record and it’s mainly Paul and George Martin arrangements. Yellow Submarine is a core album, so it should automatically be considered the worst since it’s offers almost nothing new. But I don’t, so I say A Hard Day’s Night is their worst. It’s very basic for a Beatles record and for 1964. Meanwhile at the same time The Animals recorded their mind blowing cover House Of The Rising Sun and The Zombies recorded She’s Not There. Both way better than anything on A Hard Day’s Night. Heck even other Merseybeat group Gerry And The Pacemakers recorded Ferry Cross The Mersey, which was musically and lyrically more interesting.
I agree with all of your choices except for Baby’s In Black. I think it’s one of the best songs on the album and way stronger than songs like “I Don’t Wanna Spoil The Party” and “Every Little Thing”.
I know it’s not the one you went with Good Morning but, Within You Without You is honestly one of my favorite Beatles songs. My favorite part especially is the instrumental part where the western strings and the eastern instruments take turn and sort of complete with each other. It really is just beautiful.
I think Within You Without You is one of the best songs on the album. It just doesn't sound like a Beatles song, but that's okay because the original concept for Sgt Pepper was that all the songs should sound different from each other.
I guess I basically agree with the picks. However, I don't understand why Within You Without You is ever in these sorts of conversations, it's one of the top 3 iconic tracks on Sgt Pepper
@@ArmandoMPR I agree. I like it, but I don't find myself just playing it at random. I really only listen to it when I'm taking in the full album. It's good musically, just not my jam.
When I went to Beatlefest years back they had a battle of the bands. One of the bands did "You Know My Name, Look Up The Number." The part with the mumbling in it, the lead singer shove a big sandwich in his mouth and tried to sing. Sounded just like the record.

"What Goes On" to me is a great Rubber Soul track, music-wise. As a one-time studio drummer, I can really dig the hot, tight rhythm section playing of Paul and Ringo. One of their best, IMO. They provide a super-solid foundation for this otherwise not-so-great lyric and melody, elevating the song to a much-better regard. Give it another listen! BTW, I'm a digital/CD guy. Vinyl is yesterday's technology.
Dr Robert is brilliant ( nothing is even close to bad on the Revolver LP). Good Morning, Good Morning is great too. Here I’d pick Mr. Kite instead. Otherwise, I’d agree with your choices.
Dr Robert is Brilliant. I feel like Got to get you into my life would fit better, like any thing else on Revolver its great, just less great... atleast thats what i think
@@Beantbeantbeant I know. I like actually it too. But trying to come up with the worst song per album is hard on records like Pepper. I just love the guitar work and drums on Good Morning
For me ‘I Call Your Name’ & ‘When I Get Home’ deserve to be on the most Underrated Beatles songs album! John’s rhythm guitar playing on both tracks is phenomenal and each has that signature 64’ sound which defined Beatlemania. I’d have replaced them for ‘Tell Me Why’ (the falsetto harmonies sound off to me on that one), and ‘I’ll Get You’ (because of its weak lyrics and simplistic melody in my opinion). :)
That was a fun video and I'm really glad you seemed to enjoy the experience. With that said 😂 I was hoping you were going to choose Run For Your Life in Rubber Soul instead of What Goes On which I totally love. RFYL, from the first time I could understand its lyrics to this day, has always been a bit too dark for me as a Beatles song even for that period but I do get the artistic value.
I will stand by my position that Revolution 9 is one of the most important recordings by The Beatles. It's completely inspired and executed nearly perfectly for something that had basically never been attempted before, let alone included on a pop record. There's a clear narrative to the listener, the mix is great, and it's genuinely emotive and powerful. I think it's a stronger anti-war statement than anything they recorded, as a group or post-breakup. The first Faust LP is one of the most revered early krautrock albums, and has been praised for essentially attempting the same sound-collage approach years after Revolution 9. Stockhausen and Verese are equally regarded, but none of these composers or artists have had the direct impact of introducing music concrete / sound collage to the public consciousness as with Revolution 9. I guess it doesn't fit in with the album, but I'd argue that no Beatles album following Revolver except Let It Be and maybe Sgt Peppers feels cohesive. They've always been a bit of a mess. I know this is a very unpopular opinion, but I love the track. It's easily in my top 5 Beatles songs.
I dont know. I think Abbey Road is pretty cohesive, less conceptually maybe, but the medley at the end. And the flow between "I want you (she's so heavy)", "Here comes the sun", "Because" and then into "You never give me your money" might sound off, but it has this dark, light, dark, light kinda thing that makes it feel really cohesive.
I’m not saying you’re doing this, but I’ve had friends complain about Beatles albums not being cohesive. I’ve since come to believe that criticizing a Beatles album for not being “cohesive” (especially by todays standards) is like criticizing a Picasso because people aren’t blue.
I think you were right about *Revolver* in saying there isn’t a weak song on it. I mean, *Doctor Robert* is a GREAT song and actually one of my favs. If anything I skip *Yellow Submarine* and not because it’s weak but just because it feels out of place on this album.
We have some overlap, but certainly some of the songs on your list I actually really enjoy! And I'm sure you would find the same of mine. A fun experiment that gave me an excuse to go through all The Beatles catalogue again. One thing about your list specifically: you should listen to the Mamas and Papas version of "I Call Your Name" - I wouldn't hesitate to call this the definitive version!
Great video. As you mentioned it's tough to choose their "worst" songs, and I've also found myself changing my selections from time to time depending on different factors. Keep up the great work 👍
Rubber Soul - Run For Your Life Revolver - Doctor Robert Sgt. Pepper’s - Good Morning Good Morning Magical Mystery Tour - Flying White Album - Birthday Yellow Submarine - All Together Now Let It Be - Dig It Abbey Road - Maxwell’s Silver Hammer
This is a suggestion: how would you change or “Capitol” the Beatles catalog? What would you change? What would you add/take away from their albums? MY RULES: 1. No making new albums I would add Strawberry FF and Penny Lane to Sgt Peppers and do other things to others. What would you do? You deserve more subscribers, man. God Bless!
I got one 2.Yellow Submarine:Take out George Martin Tracks, put them out on a separate album ("Yellow Submarine Orchestral Track") and release the 6 movie songs, lady madonna, The inner light, and add Eleanor Rigby, L.S.D., and Nowhere man to add more cohesion with the movie, if it's delayed, then there would be time to throw in Hey Jude and Revolution as ending bonus tracks as MMT did with "hello, goodbye"
With the Beatles: Add "She Loves You" & "I Want to Hold Your Hand", remove "Til There Was You" and "Little Child". Beatles For Sale: Add "I Feel Fine" and "She's a Woman" and remove "Mr. Moonlight" and either "Words of Love" or "Kansas City/Hey-Hey-Hey-Hey". Help!: Add "I'm Down". "Dizzy Miss Lizzy" is probably what I would drop, but if not that, then "Tell Me What You See".
I thought of a similar thing, except I would still add a few albums. Please Please Me (UK=>US), Meet The Beatles (except move IWTHYH to the end), Second album (with a better title and From Me To You/Thank You Girl, A Hard Day’s Night separated like UK Yellow Submarine, Modern Rockers album consisting of remaining UK AHDN songs + Long Tall Sally EP, Beatles 65 (with I Don’t Want To Spoil The Party and Eight Days A Week instead of Honey Don’t) Help! Separated like UK Yellow Submarine, Yesterday And Today consisting of the remaining songs from UK Beatles For Sale, the 6 non-movie songs from Help! (with Dizzy Miss Lizzy and Bad Boy not having to be recorded in this timeline) and We Can Work It Out/Day Tripper. Rubber Soul, Revolver and Sgt Peppers unaltered US Magical Mystery Tour UK White Album New Yellow Submarine album with 4 movie songs (and 8 minute It’s All Too Much), Lady Madonna/The Inner Light, and a few extra songs that didn’t make the cut onto the white album (eg, What’s The New Mary Jane, Sour Milk Sea, Junk, ect) with a way to still access George Martin’s score (I like them, ok) Abbey Road and Let It Be unaltered (unless Across The Universe got included on Yellow Submarine)
Its my own personal list based on my own taste: -Love me Do - Little child -Tell me why (yes, i have to choose one i didnt think this is bad) -What are you doing (its a good song sounds like bit unfinished.....instead of all the covers i'd love to see their own material here as "its for you" ) -Dizzy miss lizzy (For the rock and roll american ep it would be great nor to ending help album) -What goes on /Unfortunately i had to choose one , i bet if lennon maccartney sung this one it will be completely differentç/ -Yellow Submarine (NO Need explain why .....i'd love to have Rain instead) -Good mornng good morning /weakest track on pepper indeed -Flying (same above) - Why cant we do it in the road part 1 obla di obla da part 2 /Dunno why an ska-reggae song becomes in a granny one/ -Maxwell'ssilver hammer ....Weakest track on abbey road and even tough a masterpiece - Maggie mae .........NO NEED TO EXPLAIN ....probably one of the biggest mistakes beside Dig it short version ...Both choosen by Glin Jones thats the poor legancy glin jones left to The Beatles -Bad Boy .....enjoyable but it not said nothing to me. I rather by far the outtake of "Leave my kitten alone" And Finally: You Know my name look up the number... Its a comical song but also interested listen to the rythm changes its very joyfull. The shorter version edited just to be included at Let it be B side lost a lot of the enjoyable ska saxophone played by Brian Jones (The best part of the song for me) I`ll say again Its based on my personal taste IM A BIG BIIIG A MEAN HUGE BEATLES FAN AND I REALLY LOOOOVE THEIR WHOLE CATALOGE so it was an exercise Hope you all have enjoyed reading my own review!
What Youre Doing is one of my faves in that album. The riff, tho simple is super catchy and memorable. Add to that Ringos drumming that ties the whole song together.
Pretty decent list. Rational explanation's as to why you considered each track pick to be the weakest on each album. You have a great channel. Keep up the excellent work!
The "piano'" you're talking about in 'You Like Me Too Much' is John playing on a Hohner Pianet, the only time George Martin comes in is with an actual piano at the start and at the end.
I have been a Beatles fan since around the time Hey Jude came out. I’ve heard every tune dozens to hundreds of times. I think you are at least 90% correct in your evaluation of the worst songs. A few I’ve appreciated more or less over the years but, I have to agree with the weak songs. You can move the bottom two up or down depending on your mood that day. Obviously you have put some decent thought behind your selections.👍
The WORST Beatles song of all time has GOT to be "THE INNER LIGHT" by George Harrison. I've been listening to The Beatles music since it came out on CD back in 1987/88. I bought all the CDs (except for Yellow Submarine) in 1988 and TO THIS DAY, "The Inner Light" is the only Beatles song I STILL have NEVER been able to bear listening to in its entirety.
Good pics overall. The only one I was really riding you hard on was the first disc of The White album, where you picked Let's Do it in the Road. I couldn't help but shout out, "You prefer Wild Honey Pie or Bungalow Bill to Let's Do it in the Road?!? Really??" LOL
Hey Jude was not going to be in the album because it was a single. Not Guilty should have been included, but not at the expense of Revolution 9, which I view as a misunderstood avant garde masterpiece. If any tracks needed to be removed from the White Album it should have been Paul's songs..namely the cringeworthy Ob-la-di Ob-la-da and the throwaway Wild Honey Pie. which served no purpose.
@@sjdrifter72 I’ve never been too keen on Revolution #9. I mean I love this album as it is, and I have listened to it so many times in the past forty or so years since I got my first copy, and I hear what you’re sayin. I suppose all Beatles fans have their own ideas on what they’d like on or off the White Album, as George Martin felt it should’ve been paired down to a single LP.
Let's not forget Why Don't We Do It In The Road..which is repetitious and also serves no purpose. Not all the songs Paul spun into life turned to gold, you know?
Some of George's later songs were not ready to record on a Beatles album. Hey Jude was always going to be a single. Better to just leave certain crappy tracks off of the White Album.
John pointed out it doesn't matter if Revolution 9 was good or not, the fact was a million people bought that album on release and listened to it at least once, he put Avant Garde experimental sound collage into a million heads.
As a Beatle fan for the last 50 or so years, you're cool with me. I mostly actually agree with you! Revolver, however, is TOUGH. It's pretty much untouchable to me, and is very special to me. But that's pure bias. Love your channel, my dude. You've got great taste.
Hey, Vinyl. I'll give it a try. It does pain me to do this,, because The Beatles have been my favorites for at least 40 years! (Same criteria...no covers...) Well, anyway... 01. There's A Place 02. I Wanna Be Your Man 03. When I Get Home 04. I Don't Want To Spoil The Party 05. Tell Me What You See 06. What Goes On 07. Doctor Robert 08. Within You Without You 09. Flying 10. Wild Honey Pie 11. Revolution 9 12. Only A Northern Song 13. Sun King 14. Dig It 15. Yes It Is 16. The Inner Light Good Lord, this was tough. Mostly because I basically like every song listed above. Now I feel bad for putting this hypothetical album together. So, as a way of a palette cleanser, here is my "sleeper" album, filled with fantastic songs that aren't that widely known. And Many of these are among my all time favorite songs... 01. P.S. I Love You 02. It Won't Be Long 03. Tell Me Why 04. No Reply 05. The Night Before 06. You Won't See Me 07. Love You To 08. Lovely Rita 09. Your Mother Should Know 10. I'm So Tired 11. Savoy Truffle 12. All Together Now 13. Her Majesty (yep!! LOVE it!!) 14. For You Blue 15. This Boy 16. You Know My Name (Look Up The Number) So there you have it. First, my list of "worst" (really, least great) songs, then a list of "sleeper" songs that I'm guessing the majority of people aren't that familiar with.
I'll never agree or get the What Goes On hate/disliking. It's way better than Michelle, Think For Yourself, Girl, and Run For Your Life. Doctor Robert has one of the prettiest harmony breaks they ever did and is easily better than Paul's toe dipping into granny music on side two. I also have to point out that Flying fits between Fool On A Hill and Blue Jay Way like god gave The Beatles a guide to orchestral hypnotism so that song is all about context. Also, there isn't a bad song on Magical Mystery Tour, it just gets less love for not having the one standard Ringo tune.
Here’s mine: . Please Please Me: Ask Me Why . With The Beatles: Little Child . A Hard Day’s Night: I’ll Cry Instead . Beatles For Sale: I Don’t Want To Spoil The Party . Help!: Another Girl . Rubber Soul: Run For Your Life . Revolver: And Your Bird Can Sing . SGT Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band: Lovely Rita . Magical Mystery Tour: Flying . Yellow Submarine: All Together Now . The White Album (Disk 1): I’m So Tired . The White Album (Disk 2): Honey Pie . Abbey Road: Sun King . Let It Be: Dig It . Non-Album Song 1: Thank You Girl . Non-Album Song 2: You Know My Name (Look Up The Number)
I love to listen these kind of opinions. Most beatles fans can agree on what the best albums are. But when talking about worst songs I sometimes find songs that to me are favorites. You Know My Name (Look Up The Number) is one of my all time favorites and I can have it on repeat all day! I like how we all enjoy the beatles in a completely differnt way! Loved the video geek!
You stepped bravely into a veritable minefield with this one, dear host. But full respect for emerging on the other side relatively unscathed. One observation.... Baby's in Black was a concert fave. Check it out; there are at least three performances on UA-cam. Paul's high harmonies are powerful, yet gorgeous, and really elevate this sleeper to the A-list of their early period.
I agree that "Little Child" is kind of a stinker, but the opening for it is gold -- one of the few harmonica parts I like. But only the opening. The rest of the song, not so much.
Man, I know this is a very unpopular opinion, but as a die-hard Beatles fan my two favorite albums are With the Beatles and Beatles for Sale. I just love almost all the tracks on both of those. Great video!
If I had to choose my least favorite on Sgt Pepper it would have to be She's Leaving Home. Within You Without You for me is one of the greatest songs out of the catalogue and Good Morning Good Morning would also make that list. She's Leaving Home for me has the lyrical misstep "Fun is the one thing that money can't buy". If you believe that to be true, you're clearly doing money wrong.
Love the channel and I love the Beatles, I like how you broke down each album and feel you you made the right choices, I would have a lot of trouble with the late era albums as well.
Please Please Me- PS I Love You With the Beatles- Little Child A Hard Day’s Night- Cant Buy Me Love Beatles for Sale- I’m a Loser Help!- I Need You Rubber Soul- What Goes On Revolver- Doctor Robert Sgt Peppers- Within You Without You Magical Mystery Tour- Flying The White Album- Piggies; Revolution 9 Abbey Road- Her Majesty Let It Be- Maggie Mae
I'm not so sure the word "worst" should be used in reference to any Beatles album lol. "Least Popular" or something like that maybe :) My bad, didn't catch that the "album" is fictional and composed of a bunch cherry picked from from their whole career. I have no doubt they have an albums worth of crappy songs. Maybe even a two disc "Worst Of" lmao.
@@blakeburwell2002 They're paid to be original.. I'm not! (So I thought I was there.. hahaha.. I do remember that Jefferson Airplane album title now. I gladly stand corrected)

Pepper's: Title Track (Reprise) -Magical Mystery Tour: Your Mother Should Know -White Album (Disc 1): The Continuing Story Of Bungalow Bill -White Album (Disc 2): Mother Nature's Son -Yellow Submarine: All Together Now -Abbey Road: Sun King -Let It Be: Maggie Mae -Past Masters (Disc 1): Yes It Is -Past Masters (Disc 2): You Know My Name
In general I agree with you on some picks, but: worst song on Beatles for Sale is Eight Days a Week--John agreed. Dr. Robert wasn't on the US version, I would pick Love You To. John agrees with you on Pepper: he called Good Morning, Good Morning "garbage". However I've always loved it! And I love George's Indian song Within You Without you even though it's not really a Beatle song. I'd have to say It's Getting Better or When I'm 64 are the weakest (John called the latter "granny music"). Magical Mystery Tour had a few clunkers: Flying, Blue Jay Way, Your Mother Should Know...it wasn't even an actual album; it was an EP with some great singles added. The White Album: Love #9; it's #1 that's boring, especially after hearing the single version. WDWDIITRoad not meant to be a full song; it's a great satirical track. My pick is Honey Pie: more granny music.
4:40 - I 'grew up' with the original release of Rubber Soul which did *not* include 'What Goes On', 'Drive my Car' or 'If I Needed Someone'. In their place was "I've Just Seen a Face".
My disagreements: 1. What You're Doing is a GREAT song. It didn't deserve to be in the bottom 2 of it's album. 2. You Like Me too Much is a very enjoyable song because of the piano. It's a nice touch. 3. Not a bad song on Rubber Soul, either. 4. Wild Honey Pie is worse than Road 5. I'd pick Mr. Mustard over Maxwell
Be careful when getting a free trial of Tidal. I canceled mine, but they continued to steal from my debit card. Their customer service is a joke because you can’t talk to anyone. I wound up having to replace my debit card, so they could quit ripping me off. They may pay artists more, but they’re still crooked.
@@olavirannisto3552 Because is droning nonsense that’s trying to do something that’s done better in various Beatles songs. It’s easily Lennon’s worse contribution to the album
"What Goes On" is the greatest song ever written --And "Dr. Robert" is the second greatest song ever written-- By the way-- Revolution # 9 was never intended to even be a song but is a great listening experience all the same --But at least you got Maxwell's Silver Hammer right.-- That song is the primary reason the Beatles broke up.
I agree with every one of your picks except "Good Morning,Good Morning" I love that,it would be "Within Without You" by George,it's his only song I can't connect with, everything else he did was great, and on the White Album I would pick "Don't Pass Me By",great job otherwise!
I understand Little Child being the least favorite original on Meet The Beatles, but as an 8 year old I loved it. Love the piano clunking. Also I think Got To Get You Into My Life is worse than Dr. Roberts.
I'm glad you made the rule of not including any cover songs on here, because let's be honest - many of them are not exactly the Beatles' finest work. That being said, I agree with most of your picks, though some of them like "Doctor Robert" and "Flying" are genuinely good songs. For the non-album singles, I would have picked "The Inner Light" over "You Know My Name (Look Up The Number)". That track sounds more like something from one of George's solo albums than a true Beatles song, and it's not really enjoyable to listen to in my opinion, especially compared to "You Know My Name" which is a fun novelty song.
Can anyone fathom how great Sgt. Pepper's would've been if they'd left off Fixing A Hole, and Lovely Rita, and closed side one with Penny Lane, started side two with Strawberry Fields Forever, and crossfaded Strawberry Fields into a truncated 3:45 edit of Within You Without You? Had they done that, Pepper would be hands down the greatest album of all time beyond all measure.
I guess you can pick a least favorite from any band. I haven't sat down to think "Which song do I like least?" Some were a surprise but most I understood why you picked them.
Please Please Me: Ask Me Why - (I LOVE 'Misery') With the Beatles: I Wanna Be Your Man A Hard Day's Night: When I Get Home (agreed, but it's getting harder to choose) Beatles for Sale: I Don't Want to Spoil the Party Help!: You Like Me Too Much (agreed) Rubber Soul: Run for Your Life Revolver: I Want To Tell You Sgt. Pepper's: Fixing a Hole Magical Mystery Tour (not a proper album): Blue Jay Way The Beatles (White Album): Revolution 9 Let It Be (Naked!): One After 909 (which is great!) Abbey Road: Maxwell's Silver Hammer Cheers!
Baby’s in Black is a classic.. even excluding covers if you can’t put Mr Moonlight on a list of worst Beatles songs.. it’s a travesty lol. Also, after the early Good Morning takes without the over dubs I have a special place in my heart for it Thanks for the content. Cheers.
Please Please Me: Love Me Do With the Beatles: Little Child A Hard Day's Night: I'll Cry Instead (possibly my least favorite beatles song ever) Beatles for Sale: Baby's in Black (still really good though, the actual worst would be one of the covers) Help: Another Girl (rest of the album is gold) Rubber Soul: Run for Your Life (why does no one talk about this one) Revolver: I Want to Tell You Sgt. Peppers: Lucy in the Sky Magical Mystery Tour: Your Mother Should Know (still love it though) White Album: so hard to pick. Probably Revolution 1 just because it's so much worse than the real version. Abbey Road: Mean Mr. Mustard (works with Polythene Pam but weak on its own) Let It Be: I Me Mine (I hate when songs have a very contrasting verse & chorus lol) Past Masters: Matchbox for sureeee
Great video even if I was a bit cheesed that What You’re Doing wasn’t chosen. I love Baby’s In Black anytime McCartney and Lennon are eye to eye singing it’s magic even on the lesser known tracks
Being my favorite album, I wasn't surprised with you pick from the first half of The White Album. However, as super iconoclastic as it was, I can't fully say the record is complete without Revolution 9. Personally, the track on record 2 that I often skip is Savory Truffle and that's a surprise to be because normally I love me a George Harrison track.
Do you want to know a secret- Little child- When i get home - I don't want to spoil the party- You like me to much- What goes on- Yellow submarine- Within you without you- Flying- Piggies- It's all too much- Her majesty- Dig it- Still love most of the songs.... Even the worst songs on their albums are great songs!
Within You, Without You doesn’t sound like the Beatles-because it wasn’t supposed to. The Beatles were trying to not sound like themselves on Sgt. Pepper, so they were more open to new sounds.
You lost me at "When I Get Home" - great propulsive and innovative early Lennon rocker with an adventurous harmonic structure and clever lyrics - a favorite track on the LP for me. It's tough to pick out anything truly weak here, but if I had my back against the wall I'd pick either the boilerplate rocker "Tell Me Why" or the overrated McCartney ballad "Things We Said Today"...
Personally within you without you is one of my favorite Beatles songs of all time. Very hypnotic. I can see why others don’t like it. It’s not very exciting but it’s not supposed to be.
I agree. Always loved that one, really underrated
Within You Without You is a great song.
On its own, it's not my cup of tea, but I respect the hell out of it, for if it weren't for that original track, we wouldn't have gotten "Within you, Without you/Tomorrow Never Knows" off of the "LOVE" mashup-remix-album-soundtrack thing.
An absolute beauty
Within You Without You is a masterpiece. Easily among the Top 20 for me.
Baby’s in Black is one of my favourite songs. Not just from the Beatles but if all time. John and Paul’s sorrowful harmonising is fantastic.
I agree on this
such a great song, honestly all tracs on BFS that are not covers are masterpieces
Agreed - it is a very solid album track. The dreary "I'll Follow the Sun" should have been the pick.
I agree and it’s my fav song from BfS
"Baby's In Black" is a great song, damn it! It's actually my second favourite song off Beatles for Sale, after "Eight Days a Week."
It always gets stuck in my head when i hear it! I don’t know how to rate the album, but it sure is a great one!
My first ever record this album, but god this was a clunker. They did it live a lot too. The harmonies are good
Ikr those harmonies are magical!! I 100% recommend listening to the isolated vocals
Hi Rimbaud
I love Misery, one of my favorite obscure songs. I love how Paul says "Send" as in "Shend"...😊
Yeah - same - lol
He was inspired by Sean Connery
I agree. I really like everything on their first album.
It's not terrible. But, it would've worked far better for Helen Shapiro. She was who they wrote it for. It suits her voice well.
Without Revolution 9. Good Night had no intro.
My history teacher in high school made us listen to R9 and handed out the lyrics to every class 😎
I mean Wild honey pie is prolly their worst, and even then Wild Honey Pie is under a min
@Topazthecat excuse me whT
@@davidbanan. he said, the rizbazzle is a fizzle snap on the flizzonapple, riboflapper.
Totally
I love that song actually
Nah, there are several songs I'd consider inferior to that one. Don't Pass Me By, Revolution 9, Wild Honey Pie.
It's great, but for me it is far-and-away the weakest on that album.
Was botta say this but u said it already
@@johndeleonardis901 it’s one of the best on the album. Everything musically is amazing. McCartney’s vocals are amazing. McCartney’s bass is groovy. The piano is catchy.
"You like me too much" and "misery" are both brilliant in my opinion, so catchy and just great songs
If you compilate all these "worst" Beatles songs, you'll have a great album 🎼
Hugs from 🇧🇷
I AGREE!
Very true
Ever heard of the second half of the white album?
@@doomhnxstly23 Plenty of great songs
Agreed!
"every little thing" is a masterpiece
Spoil the Party is a stand-out track in my opinion, I return to it more than most from the early albums
I dont want to spoil the party is hela meh
@@why.u.even.care. It is a good song with the 12-string guitar from Harrison in it especially
I know it’s not the one you went with Good Morning but, Within You Without You is honestly one of my favorite Beatles songs. My favorite part especially is the instrumental part where the western strings and the eastern instruments take turn and sort of complete with each other. It really is just beautiful.
Good Morning is obviously the worst song on Pepper and probably Lennon's worst post Beatlemania song not named 9.
I think Within You Without You is one of the best songs on the album. It just doesn't sound like a Beatles song, but that's okay because the original concept for Sgt Pepper was that all the songs should sound different from each other.
@@joepermenter7228 Why do people hate that one so much?? It's honestly one of my favorite Beatles songs and always has been!
I guess I basically agree with the picks. However, I don't understand why Within You Without You is ever in these sorts of conversations, it's one of the top 3 iconic tracks on Sgt Pepper
I agree
Have always loved that song. I got PEPPER when I was 8 years old and it was one of the highlights for me even at that age.
It’s not an enjoyable listen. It’s that simple.
@@ArmandoMPR I agree. I like it, but I don't find myself just playing it at random. I really only listen to it when I'm taking in the full album. It's good musically, just not my jam.
F**k yeah, it's one of the greatest songs from Sgt. Pepper's
The Beatles "worst" songs are , in many cases, still better than many bands best songs.
Testament of their talent
Definitely not true lol
Nah dawg
Hard disagree
Good morning good morning! Worst song on Sgt Pepper? Better than most bands best song!
When I went to Beatlefest years back they had a battle of the bands. One of the bands did "You Know My Name, Look Up The Number." The part with the mumbling in it, the lead singer shove a big sandwich in his mouth and tried to sing. Sounded just like the record.

I can’t disagree with your choices, but I love “Flying” for how nutty it is.
Yeah I actually really like that one!
And it has lyrics too! "La la-la la-laaaaaaa... La la-la la la-la-laaaaaaaa" 😂
love Flying, for exactly that reason. Ditto Look up the Number.
My go to version of Flying now is the one on bootlegs with a much longer ending where it sounds like a Mellotron is getting slowly tortured.
Maxwell's Silver Hammer is a banger, and you can't convince me otherwise.
You had me cheering for you until that last sentence.
Mr. Kite is one of their best songs! I’d keep Good Morning, Good Morning
@@Beantbeantbeant I know. I like actually it too. But trying to come up with the worst song per album is hard on records like Pepper. I just love the guitar work and drums on Good Morning
But Mr. Kite is a great song!
Dr Robert is mundane.
Baby’s in Black is probably my fav Beatle song. I’ve heard everything Lennon wrote was initially in 3/4 time, then changed to more traditional 4/4.
I was looking for this comment to help mend my broken heart, lol. Baby's in Black is one of my favorites!
What you heard about Lennon songs is not true.
This song feels more like 6/8 than 3/4
@@ks9678 Yes it does! I had not realized it!
:)
Oh cmon! "Well there's gonaaaaa beeee a time when I'm gonnaaaaa changeeee your mind" !!
That was a fun video and I'm really glad you seemed to enjoy the experience. With that said 😂 I was hoping you were going to choose Run For Your Life in Rubber Soul instead of What Goes On which I totally love. RFYL, from the first time I could understand its lyrics to this day, has always been a bit too dark for me as a Beatles song even for that period but I do get the artistic value.
i would say 85% of their songs are good- great, 10% are okey, 5%alright. i dont think they have any bad bad song
They have a pair, but they don't deserve a video like this.
@@Romchikthelemon ?????
What
Revolution 9 exists, you know. I could name many more, but that one alone is enough to contemplate throwing that record out the window.
@@ArmandoMPR yes name 5 more ) revolution 9 is a good song, its intresting, it take u on a trip u wont forget. i like it
Hold Me Tight and Ask Me Why are terrible.
Agree but at the beginning number 9 number 9
It's revealing Paul's supposed automobile death when played backwards
Yup
The Beatles worst songs are songs that could be smash hits for other bands, that’s how good The Beatles are.
We have some overlap, but certainly some of the songs on your list I actually really enjoy! And I'm sure you would find the same of mine. A fun experiment that gave me an excuse to go through all The Beatles catalogue again.
One thing about your list specifically: you should listen to the Mamas and Papas version of "I Call Your Name" - I wouldn't hesitate to call this the definitive version!
aside from I Call Your Name, I agree with all your picks
I would pick She's A Woman, Yes It Is, or I'll Get You over I Call Your Name.
Great video. As you mentioned it's tough to choose their "worst" songs, and I've also found myself changing my selections from time to time depending on different factors. Keep up the great work 👍
You Like Me too Much is one of my favorites. Nice relaxing tune with great harmonies.
Rubber Soul - Run For Your Life
Revolver - Doctor Robert
Sgt. Pepper’s - Good Morning Good Morning
Magical Mystery Tour - Flying
White Album - Birthday
Yellow Submarine - All Together Now
Let It Be - Dig It
Abbey Road - Maxwell’s Silver Hammer
I love maxwells silver hammer
The fact that I still enjoy all these songs is a testament to how good the Beatles were
Revolution 9 is genius ya’ll don’t understand
I like it for the Mellotron.
I understand. And been pushing it for years. It's just easy to say it's the worst. What about some Ringo tracks? I mean c'mon now
Revolution 1 is so much better
Number 9
Number 9
This is a suggestion: how would you change or “Capitol” the Beatles catalog? What would you change? What would you add/take away from their albums?
MY RULES:
1. No making new albums
I would add Strawberry FF and Penny Lane to Sgt Peppers and do other things to others. What would you do?
You deserve more subscribers, man.
God Bless!
I got one
2.Yellow Submarine:Take out George Martin Tracks, put them out on a separate album ("Yellow Submarine Orchestral Track") and release the 6 movie songs, lady madonna, The inner light, and add Eleanor Rigby, L.S.D., and Nowhere man to add more cohesion with the movie, if it's delayed, then there would be time to throw in Hey Jude and Revolution as ending bonus tracks as MMT did with "hello, goodbye"
Addendum, hold on to the orchestral album until later...
I would add Penny Lane and Strawberry Fields and take off When I’m Sixty Four. It really jars, in a similar way to Maxwell on Abbey Road.
I thought of a similar thing, except I would still add a few albums.
Please Please Me (UK=>US),
Meet The Beatles (except move IWTHYH to the end),
Second album (with a better title and From Me To You/Thank You Girl,
A Hard Day’s Night separated like UK Yellow Submarine,
Modern Rockers album consisting of remaining UK AHDN songs + Long Tall Sally EP,
Beatles 65 (with I Don’t Want To Spoil The Party and Eight Days A Week instead of Honey Don’t)
Help! Separated like UK Yellow Submarine,
Yesterday And Today consisting of the remaining songs from UK Beatles For Sale, the 6 non-movie songs from Help! (with Dizzy Miss Lizzy and Bad Boy not having to be recorded in this timeline) and We Can Work It Out/Day Tripper.
Rubber Soul, Revolver and Sgt Peppers unaltered
US Magical Mystery Tour
UK White Album
New Yellow Submarine album with 4 movie songs (and 8 minute It’s All Too Much), Lady Madonna/The Inner Light, and a few extra songs that didn’t make the cut onto the white album (eg, What’s The New Mary Jane, Sour Milk Sea, Junk, ect) with a way to still access George Martin’s score (I like them, ok)
Abbey Road and Let It Be unaltered (unless Across The Universe got included on Yellow Submarine)
That was great. I agree with maybe half your picks. Now do The Best Beatles Album.
Its my own personal list
based on my own taste:
-Love me Do
- Little child
-Tell me why (yes, i have to choose one i didnt think this is bad)
-What are you doing (its a good song sounds like bit unfinished.....instead of all the covers i'd love to see their own material here as "its for you" )
-Dizzy miss lizzy (For the rock and roll american ep it would be great nor to ending help album)
-What goes on /Unfortunately i had to choose one , i bet if lennon maccartney sung this one it will be completely differentç/
-Yellow Submarine (NO Need explain why .....i'd love to have Rain instead)
-Good mornng good morning /weakest track on pepper indeed
-Flying (same above)
- Why cant we do it in the road part 1 obla di obla da part 2 /Dunno why an ska-reggae song becomes in a granny one/
-Maxwell'ssilver hammer ....Weakest track on abbey road and even tough a masterpiece
- Maggie mae .........NO NEED TO EXPLAIN ....probably one of the biggest mistakes beside Dig it short version ...Both choosen by Glin Jones thats the poor legancy glin jones left to The Beatles
-Bad Boy .....enjoyable but it not said nothing to me. I rather by far the outtake of "Leave my kitten alone"
And Finally: You Know my name look up the number... Its a comical song but also interested listen to the rythm changes its very joyfull. The shorter version edited just to be included at Let it be B side lost a lot of the enjoyable ska saxophone played by Brian Jones (The best part of the song for me)
I`ll say again
Its based on my personal taste IM A BIG BIIIG A MEAN HUGE BEATLES FAN AND I REALLY LOOOOVE THEIR WHOLE CATALOGE so it was an exercise
Hope you all have enjoyed reading my own review!
I'd switch Octopus's Garden for Maxwell's Silver Hammer
What Youre Doing is one of my faves in that album. The riff, tho simple is super catchy and memorable. Add to that Ringos drumming that ties the whole song together.
I love how you structure your criticism, great video!
Love this. Would love to see this with a few other artists with similarly S tier discographies.
What a bizzare list!
Worst Beatles album ever (which is like saying least-best compared to other artists) is "Let it Be" - by quite a large margin.
I love flying!!! The tremolo, the crazy vocals, dang. I love it!!!
I appreciate your comments. Good points made ! Thanks
Just want to say you are a really pleasant commentator, no bad language, respectful, even when being critical you are still respectful. 👍
Good pics overall. The only one I was really riding you hard on was the first disc of The White album, where you picked Let's Do it in the Road. I couldn't help but shout out, "You prefer Wild Honey Pie or Bungalow Bill to Let's Do it in the Road?!? Really??" LOL
Agree with "Revolution #9" George’s "Not Guilty", or perhaps "Hey Jude" would’ve been much better replacements.
Congrats on 200k!!!
As a Beatle fan for the last 50 or so years, you're cool with me. I mostly actually agree with you! Revolver, however, is TOUGH. It's pretty much untouchable to me, and is very special to me. But that's pure bias. Love your channel, my dude. You've got great taste.
"Why don't we do it in the road" kicks ass sorry
Hey, Vinyl. I'll give it a try. It does pain me to do this,, because The Beatles have been my favorites for at least 40 years! (Same criteria...no covers...) Well, anyway...
01. There's A Place
02. I Wanna Be Your Man
03. When I Get Home
04. I Don't Want To Spoil The Party
05. Tell Me What You See

10. Wild Honey Pie
11. Revolution 9
12. Only A Northern Song
13. Sun King
14. Dig It
15. Yes It Is
16. The Inner Light
Good Lord, this was tough. Mostly because I basically like every song listed above. Now I feel bad for putting this hypothetical album together. So, as a way of a palette cleanser, here is my "sleeper" album, filled with fantastic songs that aren't that widely known. And Many of these are among my all time favorite songs...
01. P.S. I Love You
02. It Won't Be Long
03. Tell Me Why

06. You Won't See Me
07. Love You To
08. Lovely Rita
09. Your Mother Should Know
10. I'm So Tired
11. Savoy Truffle
12. All Together Now
13. Her Majesty (yep!! LOVE it!!)
14. For You Blue
15. This Boy
16. You Know My Name (Look Up The Number)
So there you have it.
Here’s mine:
. Please Please Me: Ask Me Why
. With The Beatles: Little Child
. A Hard Day’s Night: I’ll Cry Instead
. Beatles For Sale: I Don’t Want To Spoil The Party
. Help!: Another Girl
. Rubber Soul: Run For Your Life
. Revolver: And Your Bird Can Sing
. SGT Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band: Lovely Rita
. Magical Mystery Tour: Flying
. Yellow Submarine: All Together Now
. The White Album (Disk 1): I’m So Tired
. The White Album (Disk 2): Honey Pie
. Abbey Road: Sun King
. Let It Be: Dig It
. Non-Album Song 1: Thank You Girl
But it's meant to be what the young girl in the song thinks, not what Paul thinks...he's not saying she's right or wrong about it.
Baby's in black is an unsung hero to me, it's a little ditty that works, unoffensive and sweet.
Love the channel and I love the Beatles, I like how you broke down each album and feel you you made the right choices, I would have a lot of trouble with the late era albums as well.
You know how opinions are! In my option there are no bad Beatles songs or records. Greatest Rock band Ever.
Please Please Me- PS I Love You
With the Beatles- Little Child
A Hard Day’s Night- Cant Buy Me Love
Beatles for Sale- I’m a Loser
Help!- I Need You
Rubber Soul- What Goes On
Revolver- Doctor Robert
Sgt Peppers- Within You Without You
Magical Mystery Tour- Flying
The White Album- Piggies; Revolution 9
Abbey Road- Her Majesty
Let It Be- Maggie Mae
I'm not so sure the word "worst" should be used in reference to any Beatles album lol. "Least Popular" or something like that maybe :)
My bad, didn't catch that the "album" is fictional and composed of a bunch cherry picked from from their whole career. I have no doubt they have an albums worth of crappy songs. Maybe even a two disc "Worst Of" lmao.
They could probably sell that into the Platinum levels. "Ladies and gentlemen: THE WORST OF THE BEATLES!"
I’ve always loved the word love the voices and music
@@AZDC99 Jefferson Airplane already did that
@@blakeburwell2002 They're paid to be original.. I'm not! (So I thought I was there.. hahaha.. I do remember that Jefferson Airplane album title now. I gladly stand corrected)
-Please Please Me: Anna (Go To Him)
-With The Beatles: Little Child
-A Hard Day's Night: When I Get Home
-Beatles For Sale: Everybody's Trying To Be My Baby
-Help!: Another Girl
-Rubber Soul: Run For Your Life
-Revolver: Yellow Submarine
-Sgt. Pepper's: Title Track (Reprise)
-Magical Mystery Tour: Your Mother Should Know
-White Album (Disc 1): The Continuing Story Of Bungalow Bill
-White Album (Disc 2): Mother Nature's Son
-Yellow Submarine: All Together Now
-Abbey Road: Sun King
-Let It Be: Maggie Mae
-Past Masters (Disc 1): Yes It Is
-Past Masters (Disc 2): You Know My Name
Cool video & great content.
4:40 - I 'grew up' with the original release of Rubber Soul which did *not* include 'What Goes On', 'Drive my Car' or 'If I Needed Someone'. In their place was "I've Just Seen a Face".
Was that the American version?
@@calum1741 Yes, the 'Original North American Release' - en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rubber_Soul#Track_listing
@@dhpbear2 I’ve got that on lp. Is it capitol records?
You Know My Name is my favourite Beatles' song (as well as Paul's!)
Ooooh i love Babys in black. One of my favorites. Really punchy drums and great harmony.
My disagreements:
1. What You're Doing is a GREAT song. It didn't deserve to be in the bottom 2 of it's album.
2. You Like Me too Much is a very enjoyable song because of the piano. It's a nice touch.
3. Not a bad song on Rubber Soul, either.
4. Wild Honey Pie is worse than Road
Nailed it! The logic behind each selection was right on point. 👍
TFW you pick Maxwell’s Silver Hammer when Because and Sun King exist
Huh, do you think Because is worse than Maxwell. If you're serious, I've never heard a more stupid comment about The Beatles music.
@@olavirannisto3552 Because is droning nonsense that’s trying to do something that’s done better in various Beatles songs. It’s easily Lennon’s worse contribution to the album
@@Biscuit-Triscuit To each his own. Paul and George, among others, considered Because to be the best song on Abbey Road. I understand them well.
John Lennon actually said about the harmonica playing on Beatles songs that it became a gimmick, and they started to hate it, and so dropped it. :0)
Taking into account you are considerably younger than me, ( I turned 12 in 1964 ) I was actually surprised I agreed with most of your picks!
I understand Little Child being the least favorite original on Meet The Beatles, but as an 8 year old I loved it. Love the piano clunking. Also I think Got To Get You Into My Life is worse than Dr. Roberts.
Well done, Eric. Your reasoning was rational and respectful. Look out for flying vinyl coming at your head!
That track sounds more like something from one of George's solo albums than a true Beatles song, and it's not really enjoyable to listen to in my opinion, especially compared to "You Know My Name" which is a fun novelty song.
i think all the picks were pretty solid but i love “you know my name (pick up the number)” i think there are definitely less interesting singles
Please Please Me: Ask Me Why - (I LOVE 'Misery')
With the Beatles: I Wanna Be Your Man
A Hard Day's Night: When I Get Home (agreed, but it's getting harder to choose)
Beatles for Sale: I Don't Want to Spoil the Party
Help!: You Like Me Too Much (agreed)
Rubber Soul: Run for Your Life
Revolver: I Want To Tell You
Sgt. Pepper's: Fixing a Hole
Magical Mystery Tour (not a proper album): Blue Jay Way
The Beatles (White Album): Revolution 9
Let It Be (Naked!): One After 909 (which is great!)
Abbey Road: Maxwell's Silver Hammer
Cheers!
I’m sure this comment section will be civil.
yeah🫠
"How DARE you?!?!" Ha ha...
Baby’s in Black is a classic.. even excluding covers if you can’t put Mr Moonlight on a list of worst Beatles songs.. it’s a travesty lol. Also, after the early Good Morning takes without the over dubs I have a special place in my heart for it
Thanks for the content. Cheers.
Baby's in Black is literally the only song besides Eight Days a Week that I find memorable on Beatles for Sale.
Same! I have no idea why he chose that one. There's barely anything as memorable on there as baby's in black.
Please Please Me: Love Me Do
With the Beatles: Little Child
A Hard Day's Night: I'll Cry Instead (possibly my least favorite beatles song ever)
Beatles for Sale: Baby's in Black (still really good though, the actual worst would be one of the covers)
Help: Another Girl (rest of the album is gold)
Rubber Soul: Run for Your Life (why does no one talk about this one)
Revolver: I Want to Tell You
Sgt. Peppers: Lucy in the Sky
Magical Mystery Tour: Your Mother Should Know (still love it though)
White Album: so hard to pick. Probably Revolution 1 just because it's so much worse than the real version.
Abbey Road: Mean Mr. Mustard (works with Polythene Pam but weak on its own)
Let It Be: I Me Mine (I hate when songs have a very contrasting verse & chorus lol)
Past Masters: Matchbox for sureeee
Great video even if I was a bit cheesed that What You’re Doing wasn’t chosen. I love Baby’s In Black anytime McCartney and Lennon are eye to eye singing it’s magic even on the lesser known tracks
Lennon's "Revolution #9" worst by far. End of argument!
The harmonica solo on Little Child is fantastic.
This video was fun to watch. I enjoyed it a lot.
Fun video and I agree with most picks... there were some real stinkers on the early records!
