You do realize that the USA and france has recon satellites right? Burkina faso cannot exactly hide anything from the USA and France even if they wanted to. Plus, the US and France both have strong intel gathering capabilities in both Turkiye And China so every weapon sale to Burkina Faso will be known by them + He (Ibrahim) has a population that he has to answer to, you can't just spend money and the population doesn't know where it's going.
the west knows already. those drones can be identified from satellite. you could bring missiles in cargo containers but to use the drones they have to go where they can be seen.
