pineapple paste or pureed - 1/2 cup
salt - 1/4 teaspoon
sugar - 1/2 cup
unsalted butter - 1/2 cup (softened)
vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
to grease pan:
softened unsalted butter - 1 teaspoon
pan size:
8 in L x 3.75 in W x 2.38 in W - loaf pan
bake at 350 F - 40 to 45 minutes
for pineapple you can use fresh or canned -
blended or grated

I’m going to try this because I prefer a purée or paste vs crushed. Crushed leaves pineapple threads to chew.
