Yaaaaaaaay no "Warren is dead" intro!!! Great mix up, love the eerie old school music.
Another winner from Robert Bloch and Ian Gordon!! Thanks for uploading.
Bizarre, interesting story. Thumbs up
HorrorBabble is one of the best narrators that exists.
THE BEST!
The one n only..
can't wait for this year's 12 days of Christmas series
Oh yeah. That'll be good.
I always like those a lot. In fact, I believe The Things That Came from Winter Hill is one of my all-time favorite stories.
I can't believe we are already there again!
Right? I'm steadily incorporating HB into a personal holiday tradition.
We have a special lined up this year, but we won't be doing the 12 Days format -- hoping to explain in a little video before Xmas. Either way, the special is scheduled for Dec 19th.
Oh a new track nice....
Love to hear another Bloch story! My favorite of the Lovecraft circle authors along with CAS.
No....Henry Kuttner
who´s CAS ?
@@sancat888 Clark Ashton Smith
@@BriarLeaf00 oh thankyou!
@@sancat888 👍
I'd love to stay & listen, but I''m off to a Bloch Party at the Bates Motel -- Warren!...Perhaps Carter could join you...Manton?
A longer Horrorbabble video, I know these must require more work, but I do enjoy them. As always thanks to everyone involved for your tireless work.
Well done Mr Gordon and Horror Babble. Excellent as always. Thank you. Until next time.
I finally have a chance to listen!! YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!
Ian I'm addicted to Horrorbabble. Been waiting all week and I'm most certainly ready. 💀
Same here
Here here!
Excellence, Ian! 🐐
Dude is a confessed murderer, I think I'll take him with me on a fishing trip in the wilderness alone. What could possibly go wrong?
I believe that Canada is considered to be very good for that sort of thing at this time of year and in the spring.
I remember a old story by Robert Bloch that gave me a vivid mind for nearly a week by a story called "The Final Performance."
Wonderfully spooky.
Fantastic Story Ian, Jen, and everyone @Horrorbabble! Thanks for all the entertainment!
It's a crime that Robert Bloch's books are out of print
HorrorBabble is my go to. Has been for several years now. Really appreciate the quality of the work. Ben, Devon
Thanks, Ben!
I always get a quiet/expectant happiness whenever I see a timestamp approaching/exceeding one hour - looking forward to listening!
What a great story and fantastic narration 👏👏👏
Nice, one of my favs from Mr. Bloch. Thanks for the amazing content Ian!
Ramping up for the holidays I see
I love this channel.
It's alright.
Excellent tale. Thank you.
I truly felt bad for this fellow. Great job yet again. Thank you!
Ahh, nothing like a horror story regardless of the time of year. Will look forward to this one!
Ya know, I am right with this one. Imagine the good Doctor, having to reevaluate the definition of reality. So certain of all he knew, until he wasn't.
Great Story, and as always, great presentation.
Thanks 🙏🏻👍🏻🐈⬛🐙🕸️🕷️
A Hello Janet from beyond the Wall of Sleep -- Warren!
@@awarningtothecuriouswerewolves Hiya!
@@awarningtothecuriouswerewolves Do you remember the song, 'Behind the wall of sleep, 1988 isn?
@@janetcw9808 -- G'day Janet!
@@janetcw9808 -- 1986 by the Smithereens! You actually introduced me to it -- although I don't know how I missed it, as I was always glued to the radio back then! It's a good un! Cheers Warren, now glues to UA-cam!
Cant wait to come home tonight, light some candles and listen while lying in my sofa with wireless headphones and listen while closed eyes so i get the picture in my head, thanks Ian your voice is the best readers voice ive ever heard, its truely in line with David Attenborough IF not even better, atleast for horror reading
Thank you!
Thanks!
Thank you very much!
Man I love this type of esoteric, folk horror, the writers of the past had the Best atmospheric stories that stuck with you. Thanks Ian.
What a fantastic story! I've listened twice already. Thanks, Ian. And now, straight for the winter tales collection. It is December now!
I am surprised how well Block writes! Guess I shouldn't be.
The sequal to monster house I never thought I needed.
Those darn hooks and beams ☠️
Oh, well done! Good job everybody. 👏👏👏
This is hysterical all the way through...savage Scotsmen (from the poshest city in the country)! Druids! A guy who'll die if he sees a hill completely forgetting about the existence of the Netherlands and going to Burma instead! Comically terrible patient handling! Giggling whilst doing my tatting here, thank you for this.
Oh, this is WONDERFUL. I'm so glad for another long upload!
Outstanding thanks for another amazing video Ian yor channel is out of this world 🌍😎👍🏻
Wonderful story. Thanks for the narration 👍❤️
I think he should’ve moved to Iowa, USA. No hills there!
This one was amazing! I love Robert Bloch. Such a master. I loved all the descriptions of the house and you did a fantastic performance, particularly of his final, tragic episode! ❤bravo.
ah time for the next one, certainly it'll be another great listen
Well done 👍
Warren has the day off
How do you keep finding all these stories I haven't read? Seriously, you're finding gold and reading it perfectly!
We dig DEEP.
@@HorrorBabble within & beyond the 6’ grave, I don’t wonder!
Thank you for a brand-new-to-me Robert Bloch rendition. I weirdlove it!
This was excellent. Thanks for the great story!
Love the artwork, as usual.🖤
Excellent, as always!
In light of continuing abscence of references to the morbidity of Warren, may we assume Warren has been "reanimated" ? One can always hope!
Wonderful performance!
oh, nice!
Loved this one.
Awesome story 👏
Love HorrorBabble! Please, fingers crossed for an other original Christmas story.
We have a special lined up -- Dec 19th this year.
I love how the first thing the Doctor does to calm him down is offer him a cigarette. "What you need is a good dose of heroin. All my patients swear by it". "Thanks Doc."
Haunted House Horror Babble! ❤
Good story,.
You are making me very fond of Robert Bloch
Very good story.
That was excellent
I love these thank you very much Ian
The curse of the house is those damn dust bunnies that seem to propagate the instant you blink
The description of the house around 12:45 sounds a lot like the Amityville house, with the 2 windows that look like eyes...
Thanks for the great horror you two bring to my live. When another original?
December 19th!
"IT WAS MEARLY DARK AND THE DARK WAS OLD . . .." Wow
Imaginative title there Mr. Bloch….
The next patient of the doctor in The Curse of the House is Norman Bates, LOL.
Oh Bobby! You are such a devious and delicious little monster.
Great story.
Gotta watch out for those guys named Brian.
PLZ FORGIVE ME I AM NEW TO THIS CHANNEL-IAN HAS A VOICE THAT TAKES YOU RIGHT INTO THE STORY BUT IT WOULD IT BE TOO MUCH TO ASK IF SOME OF UR REPLIES ANALYSED FHE STORIES HE SO KINDLY SHARES WITH US THANK YOU
I would love to hear you do "Enoch" by Bloch!
#629-✅👍🏻
🎯🤫
Believing..
Makes it
REAL ‼️
🧐💯👀
❤🔥
👍
Why are there no readings of Two Gun Bob,s Skull Face on utube anymore. Could you do it Ian? or is it a copyrght issue ? It,s a great story, its setting and location is very similar to Lovecrafts The Horror in the Museum.
You can listen to it here, David: horrorbabble.bandcamp.com/album/skull-face-and-other-weird-tales-a-collection
Hahahaha whaaaaat
No!!!!😢
i hope robert bloch didnt have a recurring paranormal investigator series... this dudes a hack 😭
yooo crazy story. do u wanna go fishing for a whole week?? yeah man go in the horrible mind house, good luck!!!
I wonder why they refer to noble families as races in stories like this
uh oh... this is a tricky situation :3 i prescribe you.... a weekend with me at my private lodge :3
dude was so nervous about the weekend getaway that he went back to his abusive ex (the house he is being haunted by)
I absolutely hate it when they narrate every single thing they're seeing and every single thought they're having at the moment of "horror." It's just so comically ridiculous.
on a bloch binge,,, bless yog sothoth for ur generous audio gifts ian and jen 🩷
Thanks!
Thank you!
