    但此时米粒内外的压强是平衡的,所以米粒不会在锅内爆开。当锅内压强升到4-5个大气压时,突然打开爆米花锅的顶盖,锅内的气体迅速膨胀,压强很快减小,使得米粒内外压强差变大,导致米粒内高压水蒸气也急剧膨胀,瞬时爆开米粒,即成了爆米花。

    But at this time, the pressure inside and outside the rice grains is balanced, so the rice grains will not explode in the pot. When the pressure in the pot rises to 4-5 atmospheres, suddenly open the top cover of the popcorn pot, the gas in the pot expands rapidly, and the pressure decreases quickly, making the pressure difference inside and outside the rice grains larger, causing the high-pressure water vapor in the rice grains to expand rapidly, and the rice grains pop instantly, that is, popcorn.
