It's time for an upper body training at home, this 30 minutes Hiit timer 30 seconds on and 10 seconds off, i used my TRX cable with this workout plan :
1. TRX Push ups
2. TRX Triceps
3. Inverted Row
4. Reverse Fly
5. TRX Plank

Good music, thank you but no 1 min rest. I was looking for Tabata music, there is a 1 min rest period after the 8th cycle. I will get in touch with you
Do you mean :
1 cycle = 30/10
1 round = 8 cycle + 1 min (long rest)
and you need 30 minutes which means 5 rounds, right ?
