This is basically a fully procedural material that could be done in Designer. It isn't really sampled from any source imagery, and the only way it would only take a few minutes is when you know exactly what you're doing with the program, after loads of experience. This tutorial still has its uses.
If you know Designer well, this tutorial is probably not for you ;)
@@Substance3D I watched it expecting to learn how the material was built from a sampled source. I wanted to check out sampler's power, and yes I do use Designer in production
