This is my favorite version of the song...(although sometimes I wish they would sing the other verse)! I played the CD every morning for months while driving to class. My heart was broken and mended--comforted by the way Wes sang the story of a woman whose ruined, wasted life was given back...by the meeting at the well. THANK GOD for sending the Master with living water.
I can watch this a hundred times an I ceep on listening, don't get tired of listening this song so powerfull and uplifting God Bless you Wes and don't leave GVB you are making the band complete greetings from The Netherlands
I agree that Guy carried a place in this group that came through time and time again, that sweet and precious undertone you mentioned, beautiful spirit.
GVB misses Guy Penrod. Saw them live, they are good, but English and Phelps are all power, they don't have the soft undertone in their voices that Guy does.
Always enjoy hearing them sing ☺️ 😊
Just wonderful, I love Wes's voice it goes great with this song!!!!!!!!!!
Wes, Guy, and Marshall blend so well!!! What a combo of a 1st tenor,2nd tenor and baritone!!!
This my favorite combo of GVB for this song. Wes speaks directly to my heart EVERY TIME I hear it.
WOW,Great Song,It really Touches my Heart...
So beautiful!!!! You go, Wes!!!

Best version I've heard with Wes doing it. I'm gonna miss the fantastic blend of him, Guy, and Marsh.

This is very good, but the best configuration ever was Bill, David, Mark and Guy!! The best forever!!
He said I thirst yet he made the river, He said I thirst but He made the sea.......

Love these guys but no one conveys this song the way David does. He just draws you in and makes you see Jesus ministering to the woman.
is guy doing the tenor somewhere in this song
Me gusta más la versión cantada por David Phelps, la canción la expresa más con su vos ...
