I bought one of these and it was broken right out of the box it would not charge up after hours and hours so I got Amazon to send me a second one this one worked and while it was very good when it was working it died out after a week of heavy use. It's by far the best welder I've used when it was working so I was very upset especially when I messaged glitter about this problem and they ignored the messages and Amazon doesn't have an option to get a exchange on an already exchanged item so I got screwed out of my money. I have the exact same Issue as in this video the damn thing won't trigger and weld it is as if the sensor determining whether a "short" has been made which is when you press the pens to the metal strip normally it would detect and then shazaam a weld between the two contact points but now it's as though it cannot determine that contact has been made. I'm slowly but surely testing out all resistors and every component because as I said I loved it whe. It worked its by far stronger than any other welder out there. It does suck the whole 30 min wait time for capacitors to charge up before you can weld with it but fair trade for the power it has. It can easily weld 2.0mmpossibly even 2.75mm-3.0mm nickel strip. Whereas any sunkko can barely weld a 1.5mm and I have one of every sunkko model that exists not one of them. Holds a flame. To the glitter if or when it works properly. So it's a risk to get one but depending on your luck you may end up happy
Go with a k weld if you don't want to risk anything with this company since their customer service is non existent and that is only the beginning... I make hundreds of packs a year and my sunkko I forgetthe model number but it's the maroon face with single handle pen that has considerable distance from leads and pen to the unit which allows for bigger power walls to be built and crazy shapes as well. Kweld is by far the highest quality but it's expensive. I'm looking into a cnc spot welder so I can truly make the best packs possible and more efficiently and uniform. Cnc is the true way to go if you do a lot of pack building.

Mine via BG got resolved in the end. But the quality is really bad.
Bought a Kweld in the end. The 1600F spot welder is much better and has no need for a big battery.

é proprio cacca, ci sono capitato anche io, e mi hanno rimborsato solo la metà. Ora devo smaltire anche la spazzatura che mi è costata 125 euro.
