Why is the z value 1.96 for the last question when the value for 95% interval is 1.69?

because u have to do 95% + 2.5% to get 97.5% and then find the z value for that

u are finding the area to the left of the distribution so the z value for 0.975/ 97.5% would be 1.96

My apologies, I don't think AQA have made these papers available yet....
Perhaps you could print screen from UA-cam and have a go at the question before you watch the solution....
