Uniqua is a flower girl in Garden City - which is not as pretty of a place as it sounds. Her mission is to make Garden City more like a garden for all of its residents, including Window Washer Tyrone and Trolley Driver Tasha. But once Gardner Pablo shows her a very strange and special flower in his greenhouse, everything changes for Uniqua.
