To get tubeless seated the first time (especially for new tires that have been folded) just run a tiedown or ratchet strap around the tread on the crown of the tire and pull it tight, this forces the beads down on to the rim and helps with sealing. No extra tape required.
Lighter fluid removes sticker residue instantly. Pour some on a clean rag and wipe. It breaks down the glue and wipes off. Zero elbow grease needed. Safe on factory paint. (If you custom painted the frame, only use this technique if you’re sure it has 2k clear or automotive clearcoat.)
4... Isopropyl alcohol works everytime 6. That's why I switched to TRP, hall lock and adjustable clutch are a charm 7. Isoflex topas NB52 by Kluber, thank me later 😊
a hand held propane torch, flame applied to brake pads and also the rotor (just spin the wheel on the bike) is much easier than recreating jimi hendrix lighting his guitar (brake pads) on fire.
To fix oily brake pads lightly sand them with 220 grit sand paper or just rub them on clean concrete. You also need to clean your rotors with rubbing alcohol or you’ll put oil back on the pads.

Hack 4 use cooking oil and a rag. The oil stops the sticker glue from sticking. Needs elbow grease to heat the glue up. But it works!

nice one with derailleur!!!
👊🏻😎
Never had a problem seating tubeless tyres using a hand pump and I us a plumbers flow lamp to heat up my brake pads to clean off grease and oil

That doesn't work...the oil impregnates into the pad, not the surface...
No4 - WD40 also works
My life is completely changed now lol
😂
Hey, leave the seals off while you are at it...
Isn't it dangerous to burn brake cleaner if you breathe in the fumes?
Yes...but use ya head and do it outside upwind...
Use the non-chlorinated version.
#3 never worked and never will
Well it has worked for me many times👌
Worked for me several times, so its a good hack
It works for pretty much everything but for DOT5 fluid since it's silicon based, but you probably don't run this in your MTB brakes 😂
It will work
Why would you take a sponsor by only fans. Are you for real
