if you are in Moscow, visit the metro. It's cheap and can be for a long time. Depending on the availability of time, you can either travel yourself, or see which are the most beautiful stations on the Internet and visit them.

I notice 2 differences between the U.S. and Russia..#1 there’s very few ugly young women in Russia. #2 there’s less fat people in Russia.
Well, Slavic and Scandinavian women are generally beautiful than rest of the world, I guess climatic conditions did the favor.
As for percentage of fat people in Russia, it's low because Russian culture prohibit people from eating excessive food than necessary because of countless famines people faced during the time of Tsars and USSR, so it developed into a culture not to eat more than necessary. Also, Russians serve military, women too join the military( usually for support roles like drone control, missile control etc.), so their training forces them to become fit and healthy, and extreme influence of social media also kept the number of fat low.

On the contrary Russian culture considers wasting food and throwing it away as almost a moral crime after their ancestors starved during the world war. And grandparents tried to spoil their grandchildren with food as much as they can because they remember what it was like after those times. So people will eat all the food they have before it go to waste. Or share it with homeless animals if they know they will not manage to eat it on time.
People are not fat because that's unhealthy and we don't glorify obesity.

я на плитку смотрел,где как кладут)в лондоне или в Москве,наши не зря раз в полгода меняют),а так по поводу одежды и внешнего вида согласен,такое в впечатление что за кем то донашивают эти лондончане),я честно другое от лондона ожидал,там даже пешеходы двигаются кто как хочет у по узким улочкам.Дикари.

Didn't get about parking tickes. What is the problem? :) Moscow is covered by traffic cameras that send you tickets for overspeeding, bus lines, stopping in wrong places, traffic lights, and unpaid parking ) They even try new cams that ticket you for blocking pedestrian and unusual for Russia stop lines.
