- Fire Emblem: Host of the Dark is a ROMhack made by TheGhostCreator. I've been wanting to play this hack for a while now, and figured that I'd post it on here! Huge thanks to TheGhostCreator for letting me play her hack.

Story:
I like where this is going. I can't help but wonder if Solum's going to be removed from the party completely in chapter 7, or if something else will happen. At any rate, Tobias joining the part is nice. I like the gradual build up, and how even some of our early allies are seemingly being wrapped up into the mix. This is a very good story so far. One of the better ones I've seen, if I will.
Marrow was really funny. I like him. I kind of wish he was recruitable so I could see more of his dialogue.
Gameplay:
Another death, and it only wasn't two because I got lucky and got defense on Fidem lol! When will I learn to pay attention? Sorry that my gameplay isn't stellar.
Anyway, onto the map design. I think that sometimes the "hurry up" reinforcements are a bit excessive. They're certainly not overbearing, but the amount of them that started appearing near the end was a lot, especially for a map that already has a timelimit.
Tobias seems like a fun unit, and I'm happy to finally have a staffer. A staffer who can summon, no less. I was a bit surprised that he could use lances, too. The gargoyles add a lot of depth to his gameplay, too.
You weren't lying when you said Solum would get a LOT better after promoting. He feels like an actual unit now. I was surprised that he promoted into a regular soldier, though. (Does that mean I could technically give him the master seal too?)
May I ask what was in the chest I couldn't reach? It was my own fault for getting Max killed, but I'm still curious

I'm going to blame the fixed growths for your blank levels 😂 Though I am not even sure if those are random until you get them and then you get stuck with them in case you reset, or you get the same stats every playthrough. I only once I think played with fixed growths, so it is a bit weird. Oh yeah, I also did not mention this in the first episode, but playing the FE games on the 2nd hardest difficulty on the first run is based, I do the same usually as long as it goes above hard, though hard at least is my usual preference.
