I deal with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, insomnia, hyperactivity. I had all those problems since; I was a child, but never progress, until in 11th grade to my adulthood. I went to the doctor a couple of months ago, but my issues are not that severe that I need to be on pills and my mom is glad too. I am glad also. But, I am glad that I have God, my family and my friend Marc to keep me grounded.

Oh the same for me, I find it hard expressing how I feel, I end up taking it out on the wrong person, I had my cousin staying for 2weeks at a time for 4 years from 2010 to 2014 with my mum and I he would joke etc it was fine for awhile and then I just lashed out a few times, I felt ok after he got himself a place still have depression as well as anxiety and stress I have been on medication but wasn't working one worked for a few weeks then stopped... I lost my grandpa yesterday he had cancer and I had no idea until one of my cousins posted on fb... mental health is something we should talk more about there is still that stigma surrounding it that people are scared they'll be judged for their mental illness and that's quite sad that we don't feel that we can talk freely about it especially men, they're suppose to be strong and apparently can't have feelings etc... which is absolute rubbish... none of us should feel like we can't have mental illness and talk about it... no no I didn't hear rambling just you talking about these mental health issues that we need to talk more about you're an amazing person such a strong woman for coming as far as you have despite your struggles.. people actually think I'm a calm and easy going person when behind closed doors I'm far from it...

Also don't feel pressured to get back to the site, you need time away and that is perfectly fine, just take the time you need...
