Atleast in winter time when crowds are less the room is complimentary in lieu of food & phone charging services that you will pay for. Maybe in summers also it's the same (not 100% sure) but getting a room at this particular lodge maybe tough because of the crowds.

Thanks... Took package but in that guide, porter, lukla flight & entry fees was included not the food & stay (which usually in winters is complementary if you eat at the same hotel)
