But I realized what would help me, or begin to help me, is doing one thing at a time for myself where I won’t see those short term results. I know with my health issues, it will take awhile, (I mean I think I’m like 220), but me feeling better about myself on the outside and hopefully coinciding with the inside is a step I want to take. Learn to love yourself and heal your trauma in the right way; everything will fall into place when you trust the process.

Time is not on her side to figure this out due to her health. They only way she is going to make any progress is if she commits herself to actually working with health doctors and psychologist who specialize in her needs. all you need to do is google it and find the right kinds of help. At some point she needs to stop making excuses. Most of us know trauma, mental illness, ED, weight problems, self esteem problems. Including myself. she isn't new here. 8 years have gone by with people trying to help and give her advice and encourage her. but she comes up with reasons why she cant do this or why she needs to quit. there are a thousand ways to help her but she needs to do it. Time is not on her side to figure this out due to her health. They only way she is going to make any progress is if she commits herself to actually working with health doctors and psychologist who specialize in her needs. all you need to do is google it and find the right kinds of help. No doubt in my mind she never tells the full truth to those professionals.
