A little embarrassed to ask but was wondering if you could make one of your great videos for sleep that helps with picking. I do it in my sleep & sometimes when awake. I think it's from anxiety/an OCD thing. Idk I'll pick at my head or a little boo-boo. Anyways just thought I'd put it out there. Picking is something that goes back to your nerves or you being nervous from the day or maybe just things you are going through. When the urge comes try to consciously stop at that moment and control it. That usually works for the time being and then every time the urge comes do it again. Please let me know if this helps you.
