Ok I love fossil bags I have a messenger bag from fossil, I’m never going to buy another fossil bag at all because of what they did to these brand new ones that’s disgusting
My husband and I just had that discussion. Never buying from them.
It was the store that did the damage not actual fossil brand doing the damage 😭

It doesn’t matter if you get caught or not dumpster diving is LEGAL in ALL 50 states as long as it doesn’t conflict with any city ordinances with that being said DIVE AWAY I sure will be at the mall here soon

I heard that if purses / wallets were not sellable, popular fashion brand stores have to destroy them before throwing them out (to claim them as a loss insurance wise) 🤔😩

I'll let you know that when you find empty boxes like that the employees definitely don't get to take them home. I work retail and I've worked at quite a few stores over the last few years - most stores now a days will destroy everything before they let anyone take it. Even things with the slightest damage or that they just ordered too many of. My city unfortunately has a lot of locked dumpster bins & trash compactors at the all the major retailers so everything is literally getting destroyed or going straight to the land fill. It's so disheartening
The items in the upper left are cocktail shakers. Shake the beverage with ice, then strain over a glass. I had a Personal Finance instructor at a community college in northern California, back in 2012, who had his MBA and went dumpster-diving for food behind Safeway with his mother and brother when he was growing up in a divorced home. They had to. But, he went on to college, made a good life with a good income. You do what you have to do to survive! Glad you rescued this stuff from a landfill!!

I can’t help but wonder if perhaps staff sometimes do not destroy stuff because they secretly hope someone like you might come by and save all the useable discards.

What gets thrown out as "trash" is just amazing. I am new to your channel, and wonder: How do you dumpster dive without getting harassed by store employees, security, or anyone else? Aren't there security cameras there?
It depends on the situation and the country, city, state, or town laws about dumpster diving. Usually, the employees, police, managers, business owners, & security. They will would just tell you to leave. You have two options you can make a note to not return the property or go back after hours. Most of the time The employee could care less, they are not paid enough to care. However, if the employee tells you to leave in an aggressive tone. Then, they probably stashed something in the dumpster for themselves. Are angry you took their secret stash. If, the employee is caught taking store products resulted charges with Theft.

The bags and candles are def cool finds but I’d definitely be careful with any makeup or skincare, some are testers but lots are returns that they can’t put back out. It being in the box means nada if it doesn’t have a seal because as we know people get stuff home and open it try and decide they don’t want it.
You have to organize an international giveway for your subscribers because this is insane :)

All bc someone i recently met told me that she goes Dumpster Diving at Aldi and PetSmart, Ive begun looking in a few dumpsters after shopping at a particular store..but I have only found smelly, disgusting dumpsters full of trash😭My gosh..this is UNREAL what u have found!!

Everything at our malls is usually destroyed, they love to destroy. I have found tons of bras before from Victoria's Secret.. no more though.

if these malls and shops are going to waste all these products, the least they could do is separate the items and throw them into designated recycling bins. like a bin for glass, a bin for plastic, etc. they are just tossing everything together and forget the rest

Makeup still in packaging is often thrown away because of the expiration date - it’s for customer safety and because paying full price for a product which might spoil in days or weeks is bad customer service.
But for the life of me I. Annotate understand why clothing and luggage cannot be donated to shelters, housings, the foster system or other needy individuals. Find the programs and then let “old” stock go to places which will benefit from the help.
