If they’re being productive in the work setting, or taking the lead toward a common goal I could have a bit more tolerance. But within social and familial circles I actually find it quite toxic. I’ve had to walk away from numerous alpha females. At first I was drawn to their confidence, but very quickly I can see it’s a façade that needs constant propping up

I don’t understand why we villainize alpha women and not alpha men for having the same attributes? Also, I am by no means an alpha woman, I see myself as a sigma female, but still… I don’t like the insults at alpha women without reasons. I think there is nothing wrong at being an alpha woman or an alpha man. Some are good and some are bad.

I'm a sigma female, but my mother is alpha and I kinda disagree with certain points about alphas I feel like they just have the natural leadership they have the presence that can't be ignored when they enter a room they attract ppl with their presence and are fast to making decisions and helping others without much thought which can be a flaw as for us sigmas we tend to take more time analyzing the room before picking whom to approach and that's why we stay in retrait and during that time we stand out as the only one who isn't mixed up in a group yet and so we attract the interest of others that way. I'm totally contrast to my mom she's always circled with ppl she desn't even make any effort ahaha whle I avoid everyone until I'm forced to face them so to not look bad although I care less about their opinions I can't just hurt ppl purposely unless they deserve it ofc!

Actually, according to psychology sigmas are the introverted forms of alphas and alphas are exraverted forms of sigmas simple we should not make it complicated . . . please do not think that alphas are villian . . . alphas are wise . . . study alphas according to psychology . . . study "myer briggs" 16 peronality types . . . you will find different types of alphas and sigmas there.
Actually they are both leaders, but alpa cannot be sucessful in there leadership role without the powerhouse of sigmas.

Time tested advice l,m sorry, the alpha you are talking about are not alphas. . . watch ENTJ female personality type this type is one of the alpha personality type. . . . Alphas are indepndent, less people in their circle but they like to work with others that doesn't mean that they are not independent they are independent they are emotional intelligent etc .
