  • A few clips shot from August to October with the jimny on its natural habitat.
    You might notice a change on tires halfway through. I went for the Falken Wildpeak ATs, replacing the to roady oriented stock tires.
    A few more clips are posted every now and then on my IG account, feel free to follow @jm_ribeiro91.
    Clips from Alentejo, Algarve, Valongo and Oliveira de Azeméis.

    JR,it's a lovely mountain & offroad crawler-> the Jimny 2019.
    However I went on mine with the BFG KM3 215/75R15, as when you hit the wet the A/Ts-> they just work like slicks. I researched this choice and have absolutely no regrets; whether on black top, mud, rocks, dirt, sand and meantime can't wait for the snow! there is no noise running these M/T, the wear is fantastic (in ~8000km wear was

      Thanks for the support Peter! Your videos are awesome too!
      I really wanted to go for some more agressive tires, but I've been hitting 1000km a month on highway, so they would have been a bit overkill. These tyres though, are revealing to be quite good. I'm still waiting for the wet season but, so far, I'm pretty happy. Just wondering, what tyre pressure are your running? I'm on 2.3bar for road use and 1.7/1.6 when offroading

      @@jmribeiro91 about 2bar on the blacktop, as for offroad it all depends on the terrain; generally ->gravel & rocks about 1.8, mud about 1.7 & sand about 1 bar

    hi, what are your impressions of the new tires?

      They made the car better in every possible way. Apart fuel consumption, which went up a bit, everything is better. Cornering feels way less "vague", braking got stronger and, offroad, there's a noticeable increase on stability and traction. The stock tires were "roady" Bridgestones (195/80 r15) and I upgraded to Falken ATs (215/75 r15)

      Este vídeo foi feito com as viagens que fiz pelo país na altura do Verão. A parte do início é na zona de Odeceixe, depois Vila do Bispo. A partir das filmagens com os pneus novos, foi pela zona de Valongo e Oliveira de Azeméis 👍
