Hi John, good video. Personally, I agree with what you said.
firstly, results are subjective, what are results? Results might mean, i got your page into the index, or I fixed the 50 broken pages, or I cleared your toxic backlinks. There are so many definitions.
Secondly, people who will only give you 3 months are either cheap, sinking ship...or we didn't explain the process properly.
In terms of hours, that's a great point 3 months only equates to how many hours they pay for: So a small client who only wants to pay for 6 hours is exporting transformation in under a day. Crazy!!
