    I live in Texas and I say these ribs look phanomenal! I like my ribs with a bite. I dont like my rib meat to fall off the bone. I mean that's a part of enjoying a rib.

    I can’t ever get the membrane off that easily! I’ve haven’t ever cooked my ribs less than 225°. Gonna give this method a try next time! Never thought to add whiskey!! Looks delicious!!

      Whiskey and butter helps everything haha. Yea this membrane felt bad for me or something, it never goes this well
