Hey Stacey, love your channel mate. Could you please clarify what you mean when you talk about boxes? You mentioned in the earlier part of this video "double zero boxes"...and in many of your other videos you talk about boxes and i haven't quite been able to get my head around it.
I just found your vids on the web and I really like what you are doing since I don't like to rely on indicators like many do. Market structure, price movement, currency strength and momentum is what I am focusing on. My question relating to your HOD/LOD prompts me to ask if you are familiar with the Stalker Board. It shows all of the ranges of currency pairs and where they are at. I am not confident I know how to work it.

Working the high or working the low from previous day means. are they coming off yesterday's high or low and contuning that directional movement? with new session highs or lows that repeck or retest yesterday's highs or lows in the same respectable direction
When they are trading are they hitting the low pulling away and hitting it again, ie creeping trend, or are they doing the same at the highs, or are they going from one extreme to the other, in a trading range. Creeping trends will usually resolve in a blowoff of some sort, ie a stop hunt, or a break out.
First green day ,first red day ,pump and dump,dump and pump,parabolic trend trade and parabolic trend reversals are all setups.what is a setup?id say a setup is a trading process with a set off rules that allows you to reproduce repeatable and consistent results within the market

I just changed my fib numbers to 100% expansions, which is just from Peter Brandt or Schabacker.

Yea to acummulate order and to either move to opposite direction or continue in the same direction
