He is a great scholar
Wow! this is absolutely true even I'm studying health and social care. But by having these subjects involve like psychology, sociology and so on it sometimes make me forget who I really am, which scares the hell out of me when that happens. But this education that I got was provided by Allah and to be honest I don't take my course too seriously as I always think about Allah even during lessons but at the same time I'm focused. I believe that I practice my religion first and I'd then think about this world last as this world can take away my connection from the Almighty. Alhamdulillah, I'm so happy to be born and brought up as a Muslim Ameen.

These are the same shifts he speaks about in sura Kahf when the Syriac Christians of Najran were talked about along side the story in Quran about the sleepers of Ephesus. When this war on religion started, these shifts did as well. This is because they thought religion brought them so much killing and misery and they would never let it happen again. So the crown and church were separated. Fast forward to today and Dajjal sees with the left eye. All EXTERNAL. He is blind in the right eye. The right eye symbolizes the unseen.
Of the people there are some who say," We believe in Allah and the Last Day," but they do not (realy) believe. (QS Al Baqarah: 8)

Shifting education and belief from the supernatural to the natural is logical and progressive.
Without this rational thinking in the developed world we would not have modern medicine or knowledge of how pathetic and insignificant we are in the scale of the universe among many things like the internet.
If you agree with this video then please don't be a hypocrite and don't attempt to learn any biology, chemistry or physics. Focus on learning about God, the afterlife and the soul! I'm just wondering how you're going to study it since no one can know for certain they all exist unless they have blind faith that the Torah, Gospel and Quran are literally the only textbooks we have on these matters.
The point of this video is not to disparage rational thinking. The message is not that we should abandon our study of medicine, biology, physics, and chemistry, to focus solely on the afterlife as if this life is non-existent. There was an entire Muslim empire (the Ottomans), who greatly contributed to these fields, and set a precedent for so much of the learning in the modern world. The point of the video is that we have become obsessed with the material world, and forgotten about the divine. If you don't believe in anything but the material, then you're free to do as you choose, but this is a video for believers. If there's no belief, then of course, you will do anything you can to make this life better, because its all you have.

Man is not 'pathetic and insignificant'. Yes, the universe is amazing but why obsess over it when we don't even know about ourselves? Worry about yourself, and then what's around you.
Without doubt, the successful ones will be those who study both 'natural' and 'supernatural'.

You say those who study the supernatural will be the successful ones. How can you be sure you're not just learning ancient fairy tales?
How can you tell what's real and what's not?
How do you know Jinns and angels exist?
You don't... it was what your parents believed and now you believe it too!
What makes you different to a Sikh and their beliefs? How can you be certain they are following mythology, and you're supernatural stories are true?

Islam values knowledge very much so it is wajib to be knowledgable.. Studying science is what Muslims should do. Thats how the arabs came up with algebra. Because they understood what Allah values through the Quran. If smart people in the world would remove their pride and arrogance, they would crawl towards worshipping Allah
