So its okay to not be okay is one of my favorite drama of 2020 and a very special one as we can see many increased of mental illness leading to suicides during this pandemic so this drama is a story about a health worker at OK Psychiatric Hospital and a children's storybook author on their journey in accepting their own past and helping each other with healing emotionally and mentally,so it's okay for you too express yourself and there is absolutely no need to hide your emotions;everyone's unique in there own ways and don't forget to share your thoughts and experiences whether big or small, good or bad with your loved ones 😊 ❤
