Beautiful old buildings lovely park town center has to many rough sleepers and beggers....Not good.

Wow this guy must get up very early where is all the traffic, didn't show any ruff sleepers or boarded up shops endless charity shops and payday loan shops it was a nice place 20 years ago but its going down hill fast.
