"Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies (Please make sure to check for allergies^^)
Cookie Body Dough:
Sweet Potato 1 (170g)
Rice Flour 170g (You can use less if desired)
Egg 1
Honey a little (Add an appropriate amount)
Water 50ml (You can use milk)
Chocolate Chip Dough:
Sweet Potato 50g
Rice Flour 30g (You can use less if desired)
Carob Powder 20g (You can use less; it adds color)
Honey a little (Add an appropriate amount)
Water 50ml
1. Please make separate doughs for the body and chocolate chip parts.
2. Divide the body dough into 30g portions and shape them into round discs by pressing them with the palm of your hand.
3. Take small portions of the chocolate chip dough and attach them to the body dough.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius (temperatures may vary between ovens) for 20 minutes.
