I just love watching people's routine and seeing them waking up early and being productive. I wish to achieve this lifestyle but I am a sloth
😂😂 girl you can do anything you set your mind to! if you wanna wake up early, slowly start setting your alarm for earlier and earlier until it becomes a natural habit 🤗
It's so motivating that, even tho you aren't feeling yourself, you force yourself to get the things done that need done. My wife is the exact same way - if she's feeling funky and lazy, doing the dishes improves everything... I am not programmed that way and can just live in a mess 😂 Inspired tho to try harder! A clean space means a clean mind (or something like that, right?)
just in case you're soy free too, I want to clarify that there are other things I look for than just my sushi being gluten free to determine if it has soy in it 😂 the gluten free marking is just an easy way to find rolls that tend to be soy free as well! 🤗
Just know that a lot of sushi places use Tamari which is gf soy sauce
Gluten free for what reason, cathrin are sensitive to that? Sorry for this personal question?

oh my gosh yayyyyyy that makes my heart so happy! I seriously love looking back at my journals and seeing how far I've come. It will be so cool when you hit a new year, or a new chapter in life and you can look back at how much you've grown!

When watching your channels I always get so excited to get stuff done after. BTW taking off shirt when eating red sauce is such a simple and good idea I never thought to do that I usually change shirts.

100% you're not alone. I am always taking my top off to eat haha! I was filming during a shoot the other day for my YT channel and decided to have lunch half way through the B roll filiming... spilt my lunch all down me haha! I set up my shoot and then suddenly have different top on when I start photographing haha!

So I found your videos while doing research on how to start my UA-cam channel and now I’m obsessed. I have made my channel but I’m having the hardest time editing and it’s really throwing me off the groove I had for filming and everything. Do you have any suggestions on free editing software? I use windows and so I’ve tried all sorts of free software. My video just runs very slow in the editors and idk if that’s normal or if I’m doing something wrong. Please help!!!!!
