I was very intimidated by the idea of using fabric for layers. It can be so hard to make them straight. Paper is much more my jam! Love seeing your cross stitch on IG!

Well done. The cardstock is a nice alternative to fabric.

Thank you! I like that I don't have to work as much to keep it straight. Fabric can be a little trickier for me.
