This defenses are realistic. Not fake hollywood staff
The free hand of the attacker wasn't addressed. I guess the speed of the defender could minimise its threat yet it may have been wise to have addressed it in the video rather than ignoring it. Still, a very effective technique.
I see this as well. A left hook by the attacker, while the defender is defenseless from the left
EFFECTIVE BUT YOU NEED TO BE QUICK AND YOUR STRIKE MUST BE EXPLOSIVE AND POWERFUL AGAIN COMBINATION OF SPEED AND POWER AND QUICK THINKING
