Very educational!, I like how you take the time to explain everything your doing through the process of your build, there’s plenty of build videos out there but they tend to do a overview and whiz through it kinda showing the process but not explaining what’s going on, can’t wait to check out more videos!(and anyone reading comments before watching, I know the video looks long but for the amount information provided it’s worth it!)
Thank you so much for this. Love the work and you , subscribed and hope to see more from you. Those frogs are so beautiful and adorable. I want to hug them
wow! really nice vid! and doing this in this much details is good too! usually these types of videos are like 10min long and really dont show how to do stuff so this is really awesome! thx for the tips and tricks :)!
Loving the series! Would you do a video showing how you drain the terrariums/the ongoing maintenance involved? It's so cool seeing the set up but I'm now really curious about the ongoing and the long term care :)
Very little maintenance tbh, this tank has been set up for 6 months and i haven't had to drain it yet... A few of the quicker growing plants have been trimmed a couple of times, and the cuttings put in other terrariums, the only thing i do is feed the frogs and change their water bowl.. the rest is just sit back and watch hahah
I can't believe that such a makeup lover also does such natural and bioactive terrariums, this is a great mixed personality, love that😄💖🌸 And by the way, you're so talented with creating natural looking terrariums, you should definetely keep doing that and making more terrariums cause they're looking so gorgeous!😍💖
It's unnecessary extra, but I actually 3d printed a drain access for my terrarium. Quarter pipe so it fits snuggly in the corner, and with premade holes. and a custom rock shaped cap to go on top of it.
Wow I know this was 4 years ago but hopefully I get a reply lol. I have basically the exact same types of plants in my enclosure and I was wondering how often do you water them? And when you do, do you water just the base of the pants or mist them down as well? Awesome video thank you!
Incredible! What lighting do you use to keep these plants alive? I've got 2 baby whites tree frogs that I've only had for a few weeks. I keep them in a 45x45x45cm exo terra with a couple of potted plants and a bunch of fake ones but my dream one day is to have a full bio-active setup. Is a 5.0 UVB enough to keep the plants alive?
Hi there. Love this video and has given me some good ideas for my dart frog setup. I have one question for you, do u use a clean up crew at all like springtails ect? I'm new to frogs so I want to make shore I get this right first time around. Best regards Richard
So, I'm getting ready to do a complete replant with a cork background like this. Do you ever do the sides of your tanks too? I'd read that frogs feel more secure if they're somewhat enclosed.
Sometimes i do the sides or just one side... depends how you will be viewing the tank...as long as they have places to hide in the tank doing the sides isn't always necessary
Can you tell me where in the UK you get your plants?I'm struggling to find microgramma sp. In the UK. Iv just done a crested tank with pothos, pellonia, Spanish moss, wandering jew, amazon vines and marcgravia. I find my ficus pumila die every time lol. Also do you hand mist or do you have a misting system set up? Thanks
Hey Electra! this video inspired me to make a bio active terrarium myself. i only have one question. you explained putting in a PVC pipe for drainage is smart, but it this also advisable for lets say a crested gecko? since they dont need the soil to be soaking wet, would a fake bottom with clay pebbles do the job without the PVC drainage? waiting for your response =)
Most important question: What lights do you use? LEDs i would assume in this day and age. Can't decide if i want dart frog connection lights, fugeray, or anyone of many others.
I love this video very informative, I am interested in having some dart frogs, I am in the uk and was wondering what is the best terrarium to get for them, will have no more than 3 and will be getting a dendrobates tinctorius variety . I am struggling to find suppliers, as the exo terrariums all have mesh tops any tips or pointers for good suppliers will be very helpful thankyou
Thank you :) Depends on the type of frog really... if you have reptiles you probably know basic care... Pac man frogs are beautiful i have one, pixie's i wouldn't recommend for first pets due to the size they can get, but i'll be honest both of those species can be a little boring, Whites tree frogs or similar species would be my recommendation for first time frog keeping
Hello. I need you in my life. I’m debating making my first custom back ground and think you should come and help me lol. Great videos . Where about are you in the uk
If you've got 3 gliding/flying tree frogs in here, does that mean my 60 x 45 x 60 could have 4+ Red Eyed Tree Frogs? Gliding/Flying Tree Frogs are much larger then RETFs.
Thank you so much! I feel like this was one of the easiest to follow guides I have watched, and I have watched a lot lol! Love it!
One of the best terrarium build tutorials I've seen.....thank you.
Thank you! Complete newbie here and so helpful to see this complete set up with amazing tips. Muchly appreciated! 🙌

This is one of the best terrarium build video I have seen. And I love that it is for a tree frog and not a dart frog. Looking forward to seeing more.
I have zero clue why there are dislikes. You make high quality videos full of insight.❤️
Awesome build..love it ❤🐸🌿❤🪴🌿❤🐸
Using the back of that cork bark as a planter is an incredible idea! Awesome use of space.

Never saw the HA6 used anywhere , or in Google ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, thanx for the introduction !
So informative, thank you👍
Very interesting, loving your work!!

I used to be OBSESSED with frogs-one summer a bunch of grey tree frog laid eggs in my pool, so fun to raise the tadpoles into frogs 🐸
Really loving these videos love x
Thank you darling ;) xxxx
Great video. Subbed, viewer from Alabama
Looks amazing!!! 😯

That's so nice ! Didn't thought to put some substrate at the back of my cork bark thanks for the tip ;)
Big hug from Brazil!

Will the plants make root into the great stuff?
Great video and you look amazing! Here's to many more videos. How do you source your frogs and plants ?
If I was a frog, this is where I would want to live 😍
Brilliant video! Thank you 😊

Thank you, getting some great ideas for my leopard gecko tanks

It's really beautiful! Would this work on plexiglass or wood?
Great Video! You should do more about your animals

Awesome informative video!
What kind of frogs were those?
Can you do a red eyed tree frog Setup next?
If you have issues with the silicone scent set the terrarium out in the sun for a few hours. It completely cured it and the scent goes
Love it Thank you.
Is leaf litter enough for my springtails or do I need to add special food?

Can you do a quick video on putting new animals in quarantine: how long, how to keep them, what they need etc
Were can I get big pieces of cork?
How did things root into the coco fiber mat? Would you use it again?
pretty well... i've used it in quite a few other builds and all seem to be rooting well atm :)
great vid and very informative..I have just one question..Is is possible to use foam from home depot? Ty for sharing
The foam i at using is just a normal cheap expanding foam from a hardware store so yea sure :)
Too bad you stopped posting videos likes this, would’ve been my fav frog UA-camr :(
Hope all is well, I have a strong feeling if you keep uploading you’ll pop off! Y
Great Vlog! Question are frogs good 1st time pets? I have reptiles but would love a pixie or pac man frog

Hello. I need you in my life. I’m debating making my first custom back ground and think you should come and help me lol. Great videos . Where about are you in the uk
from were did you buy your flying frogs
Please show us some more of your plants
Whats the name of the chilled tune at the end of the video?
I'd like to hear the full track 😁

What is the name of the music playing throughout the video?
Even I can see why you like frogs so much. And I am drawn more towards fish then frogs.
Girl or boy?
