while there are many GoAnimators who use Cepstral David as Caillou's voice, and others use the Joey voice in case of too lazy, the Matthew voice in some way sounds close to Cepstral David, according to ThunderSonic342.

I think people use the Joey voice for Caillou because the video maker doesn’t have the David voice and/or VoiceForge not working, like me.
