Hi Ken, this is just my personal opinion but I feel like you should put Japanese subtitles on the bottom and English subtitles on top because sometimes I end up looking at the English, but to be honest it would seem weird to for the Japanese subtitles (especially the format you use) to be on the bottom but I did enjoy this peaceful video, I am grateful for it!

@@kensanokaeri I think it's better to put the Japanese subtitles on top because it's more comfortable. if you read in the bottom, with your eyes down, you won't be able to watch the video.

店員, in english it is better to say in staff, rather than clerk.
Clerk should be the person who work in office and do clerical job
